Cozy home tucked in high on Canyon Wall with spectacular views

Our home has a comfortable great room with full kitchen with dining area and living room. The home has one bedroom with queen bed and one bath. There is a hide a bed in living room for over night guest. You will be comfortable year round with A/C and central heat. Off street parking is provided by the covered car port. The Arizona room offers panoramic views. Sitting at 5,800 ft elevation for beautiful views of Bradshaw, Thumb Brutte, and Granite Mountains.
This small home is fully furnished; just bring suit case. Kitchen includes full size new refrigerator, new dish washer, and new gas stove. The kitchen is stocked with coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, blender, dishes and cook ware. Dining area has a table by bay window for wonderful views while you eat. The table for 4 can be enlarged with the leaf.
Living room is tastefully appointed with hide a bed couch, recliner, and Television area. Available to you are two satellite TVs (one in master) and a DVR player. For your laptop we provide wireless internet, a desk, and a printer.
Master bedroom has queen bed and build in cabinets, and large closet. Stacked washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and all your linens and cleaning supplies are ready. To keep our smoke-free environment, we respectfully request that smoking or vaping be done outside.
With this unit you have the full use of the club house 24 hours a day. You can enjoy at your leisure: Indoor Pool, Hot Tub Spa, Meeting Room, Covered patio, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball, Shuffle Board, Billiards, Lending Library, Exercise Equipment, Group get togethers, and Large Kitchen for entertaining.
Close to major shopping center, boutiques, antique shopping, restaurants, golf, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, museums, boating, and just 10 minutes to down town and Whiskey Row. Only 5 minutes to the many activities, programs, and performances at the Yavapai College.
Because this is a 55+ community we will need a photo ID to proof to the HOA that you are at least 55 years old. We also require a $700. deposit and a signed lease.

Cozy in the hills

Moving from Colorado, we needed a place to stay for six weeks while house hunting. Worked out perfect. All the amenities you need. Beautiful sunsets and views from porch. Very close to downtown Prescott.

Quiet Home in the Canyon

This home was comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Also, the home was equipped with everything I could possibly need---and then some! Barbara and Ruth were timely in their responses to me when I had questions or concerns, responding almost immediately when I reached out to them. The location was perfect for drives into Prescott and also Prescott Valley. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

All the comforts of home!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had everything we needed including a grill, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Barbara and Ernest thought of everything including a delicious box of chocolates! The home is perched atop a ridge with sunset views overlooking mountains from your screened in and open porches. The location is a minutes drive to the historic downtown Prescott! We also enjoyed the many hiking and biking opportunities in the area! Thanls Barn and Ernest for the daytrip book. We would highly recommend this property!

Our winter get away

First I want to say this is the cutest cleanest and most equipped home in 5 years of renting. We where there for Feb 2019. One of the worst winters we heard over 12' snow. As the home is on the side of a mountain near the very top with a steep sloping downward driveway I did not drive that month. My husband did take us out 10 days. We did go to clubhouse for a fun Valentines party and cocktail hour once. They have a nice indoor pool. We had a nice time playing cards &puzzles and tv , internet by ourselves & God.. The view was just beautiful in any weather. The Havaleana's came 3 times ,we would recommend this home.Thanks Potters PS bed was great!

This home was clean, quiet, relaxing, and well equipped. We had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time in Prescott. The check in and out went smoothly. This home was perfectly located close to downtown and all the activities there, and close to shopping. It was relaxing to sit on the deck in the sunshine and watch the clouds sweep by the mountains. Thumb brute was directly in front of us. This home is fully equipped with all the gadgets, bells and whistles in the kitchen. All the essentials for keeping house were where you expected them. The home is comfortable and beautifully decorated with great attention to details. Everything was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. All the amenities you could possibly want especially with the club house's indoor pool and tennis courts, etc. We are planning to come again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Potter’s home in Prescott. It was convient to all shopping and minutes from historic Court House and Whiskey Row. It was a pleasure to get to know the Potters and all neighbors.

Comfortable, quiet home with great views

The description of the property is very accurate and the photos are current. We'd go again anytime. There is so much to do and see in Prescott and nearby. You couldn't ask for anyone nicer to rent from. Any concern or question was quickly and competently taken care of by the owners. This property is excellent complete with everything you need from extra bulbs to batteries and a printer for your computer. There were seasonal decorations. The beautiful sunsets from the deck cannot be beat. This is a 55+ quiet neighborhood where everyone is friendly. The get together at the club house are fun and free. I would recommend this property to active senior citizens.

Everything is provided, and then some. All is updated and comfortable. Can't say enough good things about 2567 Hilltop and the Potters.

Absolutely tops

These people are the best. This is by far the greatest bargain in the Prescott area! A beautiful and unique box of chocolates to greet you for starters and every other amenity follows suit. Never fear the smaller size of this lovely suite. It's plenty roomy for a couple and completely delightful in every way. Plus so many club house privileges and enjoyments. You couldn't do better in our opinion. Thank you so much Ernie and Barbara! We will love every minute!

House at the top of the mountain.

Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome note and a box of chocolates on the table. The candy was from Pralines of Prescott, a local candy shop that makes their own candy. The home was beautifully decorated and furnished. We were there between September 1, 2016 and October 31, 2016 and the Barb and Ernie provided everything necessary for full time living. .The views of Thumb Butter and the Bradshaw Mountains were spectacular. The location is convenient to Prescott, Prescott Valley and the Gateway Mall. The neighbors were very friendly.

I can't say enough of how pleased we were with the home and all of the amenities. It was way beyond what we expected. The view was beautiful and the weather allowed us to eat on the deck in the morning and evening. The cool weather, when we arrived, allowed us to take advantage of the small fireplace on the porch. Very clean. We were there from May 1 thru June 30 . The welcome sign and box of candy was a nice touch to make you feel right at home. Thank you Barb and Ernie. Barb and John R were also great with providing information and idle chatter. We will be returning in 2017 for 2 months.

We truly enjoyed this small home at the top of the rim. It is a small home that seems much larger due to all the windows that provide lots of Arizona sunshine and views of Thumb Butte, Granite Mountain, and the Bradshaw Mountains. Sitting on the deck is very relaxing. Everything you need is there. The owners thought of every possible need. The area is quiet and yet very close to all the activities in the Prescott area.

We are Barbara and Ernest Potter of Gilman, Illinois. A retired school teacher and CPA. We spend three months a year in our home in Prescott. We enjoy it greatly. However, our family business requires that the rest of the year we return to Illinois.
