Ava Haus is an authentic German Farmhouse located just 3 minutes from Fredericksburg on approximately three acres. Ava Haus offers a unique alternative for family and friends to gather during holidays or as a simple get a way for a few days. Our grounds and guesthouses are ideal for reunions, bridal parties and most any occasion. Guests can book reservations for the Cottage only, or book all five guest houses.

Each guesthouse has a TV with Satellite, WI-FI internet, refrigerator (always stocked with yogurt, juice and water) and microwave. The kitchenette provides coffee, tea and a selection of snacks. Guests are free to enjoy board games, BBQ grills, and explore the ample grounds. At Ava Haus we welcome your entire family to include children and pets.

The Garden Cottage is situated beneath a large oak with lean-to porch as the perfect entrance into this quaint little cabin. This special little guesthouse is one room with high-pitched ceilings and a roomy bath. The focal point is the king-size bed. The spacious bath features a claw foot tub with shower. Enjoy your morning or evening on the porch swing perfect for enjoying a beautiful Texas evening.

When looking for property to purchase, we immediately fell in love with the grounds and the comfortable feel of the property. Ava Haus represented the authentic heritage of what has been so lovingly preserved in the city of Fredericksburg. Also, the location is perfect for us.
