Pet Friendly (with approval)
We know your four-legged companions are part of the family! Small hypoallergenic dogs under 15 lbs are allowed for a fee of $75 per pet per stay. Must be approved by host before arrival.

Since we’re a pet-friendly home, this means wagging tails and happy paws are welcome here! Our cleaning team does a fantastic job, but a stray fur or two may still sneak by. If allergies are a concern, we totally understand and recommend choosing a pet-free property for maximum comfort.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and the fenced-in backyard with patio and outdoor TV. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay—no shared spaces. The only area not accessible is a small locked owner’s closet used for storage. Self-check-in is easy with a smart lock, and a personalized code will be provided prior to arrival for your convenience and security.

Guest Interaction:
We respect your privacy but are always just a message away if you need anything! Whether you have a question about the house, need a local recommendation, or run into an issue, we’re happy to help and typically respond quickly. You’ll have everything you need for a smooth, independent stay—but know that friendly, reliable support is always within reach.

Pets:

Grill:
The grill must be cleaned after use or there will be a $100 additional cleaning fee.
Please note: This is a pellet grill and pellets are not provided on-site. If you’d like to use the grill during your stay, be sure to bring/purchase your own.

No Smoking or Vaping:
Strictly smoke-free property.
A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.

Noise Policy:
This home is in a peaceful, scenic area. Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of the surrounding neighborhood.
Quiet hours are 10PM - 8AM.

Hurricanes/Storms:
Georgia weather can be unpredictable, and while we do our best to prepare for anything, we cannot be held responsible for delays, power outages, storms, or other unforeseen events outside our control. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related events, utility interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our influence. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Guest Rental Agreement, Security Deposit, & ID Verification Required:
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
