The Space:

From this one-bedroom condo, the city unfolds beyond your windows in layers: rooftops giving way to towers, open sky catching light as the hours pass. Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is set up for 2 guests with 1 bed made up in fresh linens. Hangers and clothing storage are in place, so there's no reason to live out of a suitcase. The private bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, with hot water ready whenever you need it.

 

Living and comfort

Air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable regardless of what's happening outside. Wifi and a TV are on hand - stay connected, stream something, or switch off entirely. In-unit exercise equipment means a workout is always within reach without leaving the apartment. A carbon monoxide alarm is installed, and a private entrance keeps your comings and goings on your own schedule.

 

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully stocked for genuine cooking. A refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, dishes and silverware are all here. Cooking basics - oil, salt and pepper - are listed as an amenity, though availability in the unit may vary; worth confirming with the host if that matters to your plans. Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
