This beautifully high end remodeled (2025) 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom lower unit duplex (1400 square feet and 10 foot ceilings) open floor plan offers the perfect blend of comfort, modern amenities, and walkable neighborhood charm. Your home away from home puts you steps away from the city’s best food, nightlife, and cultural spots! 5 minutes from downtown and 13 minutes from the airport!

House is a 1905 very large duplex. Separate entrance through the front of the home. Has original hard wood! The house has been stripped down to the studs and completely redone with no expenses spared. This unit is the lower unit. Has drive way parking (right side). Sits on a corner lot with one house next to it and no houses behind.

2 Spacious Bedrooms – Each bedroom features a plush queen bed, fresh linens, smart tv, mattress and pillow protectors, dresser and plenty of closet space, ideal for families, couples, or work travelers.

* We ask guests to enjoy and treat our home with the same love and respect as they treat their own home.
* For the comfort of all present and future guests, smoking and large gatherings or parties are not permitted inside the house. (if you break this rule, you will be asked to leave by the landlord).
* Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property's condition and to prevent potential damage.

* The rental rate does not include a daily housekeeping service. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for longer stays for an additional fee.
* Upon check-out, please ensure excess trash is placed in the large receptacles at the side of the house.

* Check-in is at 4 pm onwards and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.
* Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property.

* STRICT QUIET HOURS 10PM - 8AM

* Damage to the property will incur the following charges:

Smoking remediation $500 (minimum)

The host is very responsive and accommodating. We did have reason to contact him and he responded quickly.The home is clean with modern decor. The bathroom was very large and the shower was huge, with really cool tile in the niche.You WILL hear people above you walking. Very well appointed, there wasnt anything we needed which wasnt provided.

I had an amazing stay just outside of Cleveland for our family trip to a Browns game! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The host was incredibly welcoming, quick to respond, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The location was ideal—close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing.I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again. Go Browns!

This place has topped our list of places we’ve stayed! The host put excellent detail into this home. It was Immaculate, organized, and very well thought out! Great cookware, beds are super comfy, great linens, and the coffee station was great saved me several dollars on buying out over the 6 days we stayed! The host was very nice and responsive. We didn’t have 1 concern, or complaint the entire stay!! We really really enjoyed ourselves and felt this was well worth every penny!!!!

From downtown to one of the countries biggest theater districts. Amazing Lake Erie is a short car ride away along with one of the most under rated food cities in the country!

This is a 1905 duplex. It’s a 4800sq foot double made out of brick. It has been completely renovated from the studs up!! No expense spared. You get the old building with the new build feel!
