Hi Nikos, thank you for your review and I completely understand that you are disappointed that I withheld the 150,-. But I messaged you a few days in advance to leave the house as it looked in the beginning. Customers do not pay final cleaning with us and ask if they would like to help keep their own costs low. The damage was unfortunately there...... We have permanent damage to the batteries due to low voltage and we had to call the pool man for cans of beer in the pump and have to dive in the pool because we found broken glass arround the pool. There is also damage to the outside floor with the inside seats. The 150,- of course do not cover the costs at all, but I'll leave it at that. From the electricity we now have the first complain in 4 years. We've had it figured out how this was possible. Because the cans of beer were in the pump and a lot of water had to be pumped from the tanks to keep the water level in the pool. The Pool man had also found a lot of water far outside the pool, probably due to a lot of jumping in the pool in combination with the total energy consumption of the enormous stereo system, which resulted in a lower voltage every day, so that after 2 days the installation in the security is in place. It is also my first 3 Star review and I am disappointed about that. We invest a lot of money to give customers a great holiday and I am on top of that to make this happen. I find it annoying that the electricity has ruined a large part of your holiday and that you are disappointed that you also lost 150, - deposit. I did this in consultation with the Pool man and the cleaning lady to make a joint decision about this. This is the first time out of 72 customers and hopefully the last. When I saw the video of the cleaning lady of how the house had been left I was quite sad, it is one of my life's works. Everything in and around the house is dear to me. I hope that customers will treat it that way too. I wish you all the best Nikos
