Large + Comfortable! Great Location! Sleeps 9!

Eileen - while we appreciate your feedback, and will fix items such as the ping pong table and the loose stools, the rest of your comments are extreme to say the least. We've had 5 groups in here since your stay, and all of which have been 5 stars on other platforms. We've copy and pasted the reviews below. Tracy, thanks for your review and feedback, we take it to heart. First I'd like to say that we always go above and beyond for our guests. We checked in with you several times during your stay, and if you had indicated anything AT ALL was wrong, we would have had someone there within the hour. Regarding the keyless door code, your claim that we somehow changed the door code after your phone call is unfortunately baseless. The code can only be changed while being at the house and manually opening up the face of the lock. Also, we did not receive a single voicemail or text message from you across any of the numbers listed. Unfortunately calls from unknown numbers are not answered or returned if a voicemail is not left. I suggest doing so for future reference. Regarding the smell of cleaning supplies, we accept full responsibility for this. Unfortunately we had extremely disrespectful guests check out the morning of your arrival who thought it was okay to smoke marijuana throughout the property. Our crew spent hours doing everything we could to resolve the situation, and there must have been a build up of cleaning smell as a result. Very sorry about this... again if you had notified us we would have done everything in our power to find a solution for you. Again, thanks for the feedback. We'll make the necessary adjustments for future guests.
