The modern open kitchen keeps everyone connected while meals are being prepared, with spacious dining and easy access to the river-view decks. Plus a Nespresso CitiZ expresso machne with milk frother & Pour over. Fire up the gas BBQ, uncork a Sonoma County wine and settle in for dinner overlooking the Russian River.

Bedroom 1 — Upstairs — King Bed — Comfortable King bedroom for restful nights by the river.
Bedroom 2 — Upstairs—Queen Bed — Welcoming Queen bedroom for additional guests.
Downstairs Studio — Queen Bunk Beds — Flexible sleeping space with Queen bunk beds.
Separate Guest Bungalow — Private detached sleeping space that provides additional separation and flexibility for your group.
Bathrooms — Two full bathrooms serve the home with modern finishes. An additional shower is available in the lower-level space.

The riverfront setting is the heart of Point of View. Start the morning with coffee overlooking the water, stretch out in the hammock, relax on the expansive decks or soak in the private hot tub surrounded by river and redwood views. A gas BBQ, lawn and garden, and citrus trees create an inviting setting for afternoon lounging, waterfront dinners and peaceful evenings beside the Russian River.

Seasonal River Access: Point of View is a true riverfront property with direct Russian River access. The private dock is installed seasonally and is typically removed in early September when seasonal dams are taken out by the State. Exact timing and river conditions vary. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, floating, fishing and other river activities depend on seasonal water levels and conditions.

DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
The yard is not enclosed.
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
Please supervise dogs around the river, dock, and local wildlife.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
