It is completely unacceptable for the security gate to be left open or for anyone to be looking into your space. We sincerely wish you had contacted us when this was happening so we could have intervened immediately. To that end, we are making immediate changes. Our landscape maintenance is scheduled weekly on Thursdays, and we will now ensure all guests receive advance notice and can request a different time if needed. Furthermore, the gate will be secured with additional measures, and we are prioritizing the installation of new shading and screening options for the glass areas to ensure complete privacy. We truly appreciate your observations, as they help us continue to improve. Our goal is that every guest feels safe and welcome while enjoying the unique architecture and atmosphere of the Quonset.
