The Suite "Casa Pariolina" is an exclusive way to live Rome,Located in a 19th century villa in the heart of Rome,in the chic area of Parioli just few steps away from Villa Borghese.



"Casa Pariolina Suites" are also close to the city center and few minutes walking distance from Via Veneto,an elegant and trendy street in Rome,Pincio a scenic overlook of Piazza del Popolo,the Borghese Gallery that is one of the most amazing museum in the world,the national etruscan museum in Villa Giulia,Auditorium and the modern MAXXI museum.


"CasaPariolina" offer is composed by 2 independent mini flats/studios.

I AM ALWAYS PRESENT FOR EVERYTHING YOU NEED, I love so much my work and I give to Casa Pariolina's guests all the informations that they need to make perfect their stay in Rome: i help everybody to book tickets of museum and train, to give information about a place,to have a lunch/dinner in a good restaurant and everything they ask me.

"Casa Pariolina" has 2 options for the suites:

a) without breakfast and with cleaning and linen 3 times a week
You can use your PRIVATE kitchenette everyday and cook everything you need!

b) with breakfast and cleaning and linen everyday ( € 6 more for each guest everyday)

The Home made Breakfast includes biscuits,delicious pastries ,cake, wafer, cookies,melba tosts, chocolate,marmelade ,nutella,milk,coffee,cappuccino,thea,fruit juice,fruit...


Only for the third guest the daily rate is € 30 for each night

Excellent place and lovely hostess

Carla was very welcoming and helpful. She arranged a transfer from the airport to her place, where she happily welcomed us. The place was cozy and clean in a quiet neighbourhood, very close to Villa Borguese and shops. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay!

Carla was very warm and inviting when we arrived. The kitchen is stocked and had fresh sweets and coffee! The apartments are beautiful and the neighborhood lovely! A couple of considerations: the apartment is a 30 minute walk through the Borghese gardens to get to the edge of central Rome. We loved this as Rome is highly stimulating and it was nice to come back to a more restful spot. We used Uber and Taxis when we didn't walk. Uber to get picked up and taxis to come back. It was around 11-25 euros each way. There is public transportation nearby, but we didn't take the time to figure it out. The garden room was my favorite if you don't mind climbing stairs to a loft bedroom. It looked out on the courtyard and was quieter at night. Overall, I highly recommend!

Comfortable and relaxing!!

My family (of 5) stayed in both apartments. The apartments were very clean and beautiful. Our hostess, Carla, was excellent. She provided us with a map of the city, and answered all of our questions. She was kind enough to recommend dining options, and booked us a reasonably priced shuttle service to the airport on the day of our departure.

Casa Pariolina è senza ombra di dubbio un posto incantevole che consiglio a tutti, sia alle coppie che alle famiglie, perché offre la tranquillità e la bellezza tipiche del quartiere dov'è situata, a pochi minuti a piedi dall'Auditorium Parco della Musica e vicinissimo a Villa Borghese e allo zoo... Che dire, siamo stati benissimo, accolti dalla gentilissima e super disponibile signora Carla, che ci ha dato tante indicazioni e consigli su cosa fare e vedere a Roma nel poco tempo che avevamo a disposizione, ci ha mostrato gli appartamenti (essendo in 5 abbiamo avuto modo di vederli e "viverli" entrambi), semplicemente deliziosi e confortevoli, belli come nelle foto e carichi di dolcezze per la colazione! Sicuramente, date la cortesia della proprietaria, l'ubicazione degli appartamenti, e la bellezza degli stessi, torneremo a Casa Pariolina appena ce ne sarà l'occasione...Consigliatissimo!

Fantastic Stay!

My son and I stayed in the Garden Suite for a few days in May. This is a wonderful property, close to the beautiful Borghesi gardens, the park and the zoo. It's a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance of the sites of Rome. Carla and her son, Giorgio, are the best of hosts, so friendly and informative. Most Charming Syudio

My husband and I stayed with Carla & Giorgio for a wonderful week. in Sept. The Romantic Suite was like a movie set, only real. Very charming, comfortable, so pretty and very clean also ! Kitchen had every thing you could possible need to cook with. There was a big closet with drawers for storage and lots of hangers for our clothes. We were able to store the luggage under the bed, so it felt more like home. We too were referred to lovely restaurants in the neighborhood and directed to Villa Borghese, a beautiful museum about a block from the house. We did not know about the Villa, so it was a wonderful surprise. Giorgio spent several hours on the internet helping us get reservations and tickets for site seeing. He had a friend that led us on a personal tour of the Vatican. There were a lot of small specialty shops, a good size super market and many cafes all within a few blocks. In our 6 week trip this was the best ! I am coming again in Aug 2015, and bringing a multi generational family group, so romantic studio is not in the plans. So sorry.

Excellent choice - Higly reccomendable

We booked this B&B based on excellent reviews pposted on different websits. We were disappointed of our choice, on the contrary we really enjoyed it. Email contacts with the owner, Signora Carla abd the son Giorgio, were promptly replied and exsaustive. We booked the suite Romantica, that was more than a simole room as it was equipped with a small kitchenette fully furnished so we were able to cook our own meals. free wi- fi and air conditionibg were workin perfectly. Double thick windiw glasse would insulate the room from outside noise. The location is not in downtown Rome but in a very elegant and exclusive area in Rome still walking distance from Via Veneto and Villa Borghese . We rented a car at the airport and Sigora carla arranged for a parking space nearby. Traffuc and parking in Rome is horrendous so we decided to use pubblic transportation and taxi instead if risking our life driving. Signor Carka and Giorgio have a good coonand of the English language so it was easy to communicate with them. In conclusion we do not hesitate to recommend this facility.

Beau quartier, a 15 min de marche du parc Borghese

Pour le déjeuner, il faut aimer manger sucré : gâteaux, muffins et sucreries vous attendent sur la table de cuisine. Carla et son fils nous ont très bien accueillis et leurs conseils sur Rome ont été précieux. Ils ont été très disponibles pour nos besoins d'informations, ils parlent francais et anglais. Le quartier est tranquille, élégant et l'immeuble est sécuritaire. C'était apprécié de pouvoir arriver le soir dans la tranquillité après avoir connu la frénésie de Rome et le centre. L'appartement Garden est grand comparé à ce que j'ai vu des B&B d'Europe. Il y a un supermarché à environ 10min de marche. C'est loin du centre mais il y a des bus à proximité. Pour les bons marcheurs, la route par le parc se fait bien. Assurez-vous d'avoir les bonnes indications pour le chemin. Le Wifi fonctionne bien. Ca été un beau séjour toute la semaine et j'y retournerai si je voyage a nouveau a Rome.

Charming Casa Pariolina

Parioli is the most elegant area in Rome with its museums, stylish buildings and parks. The apartment is very tasteful decorated, spacious and very clean. Well connected with the historical center. La charming signora Carla is professional and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here again. I loved to have my early morning walk at Villa Borghese surrounded by beautiful stylish buildings. Perfect for our Honeymoon!

My wife and I stayed here our honeymoon. We wanted an apartment so that we could cook for ourselves. The neighborhood was beautiful and not touristy at all, and getting to the sites from there was easy. Being close to the Villa Borghese was an extra bonus. We stayed in the "Romantic Suite" (the purple one). The apartment was comfortable, with a small balcony. The courtyard is gorgeous and secured by a gate. Carla was an excellent host: very friendly and helpful. She gave us maps and helped us plan out our time in Rome. She speaks English well, but don't be afraid to practice your Italian with her - she's very patient and fun. Her son Georgio speaks completely fluent English and helped us out by printing some tickets for us and also recommending some restaurants. We had an excellent time and would highly recommend Casa Pariolina.

Short but sweet!

On our way to Italy, we missed our international flight due to a delay with our connection and ended up NYC for the evening, missing our first full day in Rome. We arrived at Casa Pariolina a day late and exhausted, but we had a wonderful welcome waiting for us by Carla and her son. You can tell Carla really loves Rome and really wants you to enjoy every minute of your stay. She immediately invites you into her beautiful home and asks you about your trip. She shows you the area and how to get to different places in the city with ease. In addition, she gives excellent recommendations for food and wine. We had purchased the Roma Pass, which I recommend, so public transportation was included during our trip as well as admission into a number of sites including the Colleseum with no wait. We took full advantage and went around town using the guide of Google maps on my iPhone. After talking to Carla, we were given a tour of the Garden Suite and settled into the space. It was a lovely apartment with small kitchen, bathroom, balcony overlooking the courtyard garden, and loft. Carla had the dining room table filled with cookie, cakes, fruits, coffees and other delights. It was the perfect welcome to a long venture there. Our departure to Florence went very well and Carla even gave us some recommendations for that city. I would most definitely stay here again. It is conveniently located and well worth every euro. Thank you to Carla and her son for a truly wonderful stay in Rome!

Casa Pariolina - A beauty and hidden gem

Carla is a such a lovely host and upon arrival, you can see how much she cares about the property, the suites and her guests. What you see in the pictures is really what you get. The place smells wonderful, the period furniture is beautiful and the suite is very spacious. Casa Pariolina is away from the grime, hustle and bustle of Rome, yet in a lovely residential neighborhood that is centrally located. bus 910 from Termini station stops right outside. Bus 52, and tram 19 which goes to a lot of the sites is nearby as well. A stroll through the park is a must. Rossini Tavern restuarant closeby serves wonderful focaccia bread, pasta with lobster is delish and the tiramisu is excellent. I highly recommend your stay there and really it's incredible value for what you get.

Per una vacanza indimenticabile

Casa Pariolina è il miglior posto in cui abbia mai soggiornato nella capitale! Sono stata nella suite "il giardino", un ambiente armonioso, accogliente e curato fin nei minimi particolari. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort e ci si sente come a casa propria (anzi, anche meglio). Per non parlare poi della colazione, che è una vera meraviglia per gli occhi e per il palato! Pulitissimo l'appartamento e gentilissimi i proprietari!

110 e lode!

Ho soggiornato a Casa Pariolina dal 22 al 26 aprile 2014 con mio marito e la nostra bambina di 3 anni. Avevo già guardato le foto della struttura sul web e la realtà ha superato le mie aspettative ... CASA PARIOLINA è un gioiello nel cuore di Roma! La signora Carla, la proprietaria, ci ha accolti con un calore ed un'ospitalità davvero eccezionali, ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste con tempestività e gentilezza, ci ha fatto sentire davvero come se fossimo a casa di Amici. Abbiamo soggiornato della Suite il Giardino, un mini appartamento composto da soggiorno con angolo cottura, bagno, divano-letto al piano terra + letto matrimoniale sul soppalco. La colazione è compresa nel prezzo e super abbondante; ogni sera la signora Carla ci faceva trovare sul tavolo del soggiorno tantissime cose dolci e il frigorifero ben fornito di bevande, latte, yogurt, ecc. Casa Pariolina è vicinissima all'ingresso del Bioparco, che si trova all'interno del Parco di Villa Borghese, imperdibile per le famigle con bambini ( e non solo!). Inoltre a pochi passi dalla casa si trova la fermata dell'autobus che porta in centro e del tram che arriva in Vaticano. Mi sento di consigliare questa struttura a tutti, sia alle coppie che vogliono trascorrere un romantico soggiorno nella capitale sia alle famiglie che hanno bambini piccoli come noi e vogliono avere la possibilità di consumare alcuni pasti comodamente a casa dopo aver trascorso tutta la giornata alla scoperta delle meraviglie di Roma. GRAZIE ANCORA alla signora Carla per l'accoglienza, sicuramente torneremo a trovarla!

Warm, friendly, clean, fantastic!

Carla was very welcoming when we arrived. She was very prompt in her email communication and made sure we knew how to get to the home. She then sat down with us and explained everything we needed to know when we checked in. There were always treats and drinks for us. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed to feel at home while we were there. It is in a very of neighborhood with a bus stop right outside the building. My wife and I highly recommend this place to pretty much anyone (as long as walking up a small set of stairs to get to the bedroom isn't an issue).

This is the way you want to discover Rome

Casa Pariolina had everything I was looking for the perfect getaway. Very unique place, beautiful, arranged with a lot of taste and delicateness. Carla and her son are so welcoming you feel almost part of the family. Coming from Paris, I really enjoyed to be outside of the touristy center. At Casa Pariolina I could discover the real Italian life, with great local restaurants (Rossini is a must try). Many buses are available at the corner to get you almost everywhere in 10 minutes or so. I definitely recommend the suite il romantico.

A Taste of Rome

This was a very clean, well kept charming place in a beautiful suburb of Rome. Close to shopping and restaurants. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and I would highly recommend all types of people staying.

This is the most stylish place I have ever been to. Perfect to spend a quiet holiday, away from the centre noise but close to walk or take public transport. The service is amazing and very helpful, we will definetely come back :)

I'm Carla, I like to know the wonderful people that lives in other countries.

I am always present and ready to inform and help my guests,not only when they arrive but I usually make a phone call or I write an email in which I explain them how to reach the house.

For any request or question from my guests about what they can visit in Roma and all the information about Parioli like museum,shops,restaurants and supermarkets I am always here ready to help them.

I always offer a clean suite with every comfort and for my guests there are always pleasant surprises, because this is what I would like to find in my travels.

I speak english,italian and spanish fluently.

My structure is near Villa Borghese.Pinciano/Parioli is the neighbourhood immediately north of the city centre and just outside the ancient Aurelian walls.
The neighbourhood is best identified by the Pincio hill, which overlooks Piazza del Popolo. The nearly 150 acres of Villa Borghese greenery are located on the Pincio. In fact, Villa Borghese makes up almost half of Pinciano/Parioli, and the rest of the area is made up of the descending hills lined with busy streets. Additional neighbourhood landmarks include Gallery Borghese, a 17th-century villa/art gallery within the park, and the National Gallery of Modern Art.
