Great stay

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. It is located near Yellowstone in a quiet area that felt very safe. The townhouse itself was quite clean and well stocked. It had a decent configuration for our group allowing for some privacy. We were cozy and would stay again.

The location can’t be beat. Once we resolve the issue of the Wi-Fi and how to start the washing machine everything went smoothly. Love the place. Would recommend it for anyone.Their response to our issues was within minutes, not hours

The condo/townhome suited our needs for our stay right outside Yellowstone. The downstairs shower was very small and the water pressure wasn’t that great in either shower but we managed. There was a little bit of an odd smell right when you walk in the door each time …maybe a little musty? Since we spent most of our day in the park, though, it was just fine.

Nice stay

A few items that need attention. Carrafe for one of the coffee makers was missing. Single chair at dining table closest to the front door, the arms need to be secured to the back of the chair. Bathroom door nearest the kitchen doesn't securely close. Very nice and comfortable. Will let you know our dates for next year 's stay.

The home was clean, spacious, and in a great location for visiting Yellowstone National Park. Great bedding, towels and kitchen set up. We found an issue with the home when we arrived, and management responded very quickly and professionally. Their communication was excellent. Our stay took place during a period of unusually hot weather (95 degrees), and there was a portable AC unit in one bedroom and a second bedroom was naturally cooler in the basement. They had floor and ceiling fans available. Most local rentals do not have any AC, so this was certainly better, but it was still warm in the main living areas, and future guests should be aware of this during extreme high temperatures.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the home's cleanliness, spacious layout, and convenient location for visiting Yellowstone, and that you found the bedding, towels, and kitchen well-equipped for your stay. We also appreciate your kind words about our communication and are happy we could resolve the issue you encountered promptly. Providing responsive service is very important to us. Thank you as well for sharing your experience during the unusually hot weather. As noted in our listing, the home does not have central air conditioning, but we do provide a portable AC unit, along with ceiling and floor fans, to help keep guests comfortable. We appreciate you providing this helpful context for future visitors. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we'd be happy to welcome you back on a future trip to Yellowstone!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the location, our communication, and the ample supply of quality towels provided during your stay. We appreciate you sharing your concerns regarding cleanliness and maintenance. While we did offer to have our team address these items during your stay, we understand that timing and circumstances do not always make that convenient. We will follow up with our housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding the dust accumulation, the bathroom door lock, and the upstairs bathroom fan to ensure they are inspected and corrected as needed. Regarding the furnishings, the home's décor and furniture are accurately represented in the listing photos so guests can make an informed decision prior to booking. We appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration as we continue to make improvements to the property. Thank you again for your stay and for taking the time to share your experience.
