From family breakfasts before sightseeing to coworkers heading out to the jobsite, the home is designed to make group travel simple. Nine separate sleeping spaces and three full bathrooms help everyone start the day comfortably—without waiting in line or sharing beds.

9 Sleeping Surfaces (7 Beds + 2 Futons) We offer nine distinct sleeping surfaces across 4 bedrooms. No one in your group has to share a bed—ideal for families with teens or co-workers.

-Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): Queen Bed, private en-suite bathroom, and 55" Smart TV.

-Bedroom 2: Full-size Bed plus a Twin Trundle.

-Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds.

Home Layout & Accessibility
Our home features a spacious, multi-level layout (4 levels total) that provides excellent privacy and separate living spaces for families and groups. Please note the following regarding stairs and accessibility:

Entryway: There are stairs required to reach the main entrance door.

Multi-Level Design: Because the bedrooms and bathrooms are spread across different levels connected by stairs, this home is not fully wheelchair accessible and may pose a challenge for guests with limited mobility or trouble climbing stairs.

Before movie time, challenge each other to a game of cornhole, gather around the fire pit, or simply relax under the Colorado sky. The backyard was designed to bring people together.

We bring the same professional equipment we use for Backyard Movies Colorado, creating an experience that's unlike almost any other vacation rental. Gather around the fire pit, settle into your seats, and enjoy a movie under the stars while we handle everything. It's more than a movie—it's often the moment families and groups remember most about their stay.

Scheduling: This professional setup is Included with stays of 5+ nights. Upon booking, please message us to let us know which night of your stay you would like to "claim" for your cinema event so we can get it on our professional calendar.

Weather & Logistics: Because this is an outdoor experience, scheduling depends on weather conditions (wind/rain). We will work with you to move the event to a different night during your stay if weather interferes, but please note that no discounts or refunds are provided if conditions prevent the setup.
