Welcome to our cozy getaway! This fully furnished, two-bedroom lower unit offers the perfect blend of privacy and comfort, making it ideal for couples, small families or solo travelers. Featuring a private entrance, you can come and go with ease, with a key code entry ensuring your stay is both peaceful and convenient. Master bedroom has a smart TV for your streaming needs with a queen pillow top bed, 4 pillows, large closet, dresser and full length mirror. 2nd bedroom also has a fire TV, queen size pillow top bed, 4 pillows, closet, and full length mirror. Both bedrooms have sound machines to help with those sleepless nights. We also have a-deluxe queen auto fill blowup bed for extra use. For Babies we have a pack n play, highchair, baby bouncy seat, stroller and wagon. Family room has a 55 in smart TV (with all your streaming needs) dvd player with dvd’s and an Alexa for your use. Leather sectional couch with recliners and built in USB ports and 2 chairs. Bedrooms and living room have their own split system. (Heat/air) for you to control. Work area for your computer use with high speed internet. The kitchen has a full refrigerator with bottom freezer/ice maker, (Guests love our crisp, refreshing well water. It’s clean, safe to drink, and sourced right from our property) Dishwasher, Table and 4 chairs. We’ve put together a homey coffee station with a Keurig and pods, both reg and decaf, an electric kettle, a French press, a grinder, to go cups, and a selection of sugars. Toaster oven/air fryer, 1 large Countertop Precision Induction Cooktop burner, large deep electric fry pan, 4 slice toaster, egg cooker, blender and crockpot for your cooking needs. Plates, bowls, silverware, glassware and wine glasses. Bathroom off of both bedrooms include shower, sink, toilet, bath towels, makeup towels, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Half bath also has a blow dryer, hand soap, lotion, and makeup towels. Laundry room provides Tide pods free & natural, non toxic dryer sheets and dryer balls for your convenience. We have board games, puzzles and cards for those low-key nights. Outside, Sit and enjoy a cup of morning coffee with a view of the deer in the woods or by the campfire (wood included) with beautiful stars above, right out your door. Patio area is covered and has a table with 4 cushioned chairs, (bistro set with 2 chairs and 2 lounge chairs) outside of covered patio. We’ve stocked marshmallow sticks for the fire, corn hole bags for a friendly game, and extra towels if you’re heading out to the water parks. Water parks are all within a 10 to 15 minute drive. All different types of restaurants are close by. Grocery store minutes away.
