Your cozy getaway awaits in at this guesthouse on our charming farm. 1 queen, 1 twin, 1 toddler & 1 twin foldaway bed, as well as a mini folding crib, this lovely retreat is perfect for small groups or families needing a day off or visiting family members at SAFB. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a kitchen, heating/AC, a washer & dryer, & an EV charger during your stay. Private fenced backyard. Horses & pets welcome with payment of $50/pet fee. Pet fee for horses includes stall room only and 1 round of shavings. Please add your pets to your booking if you are bringing pets so the price is adjusted for the pet fee (if you are not sure how to do this, please send a booking inquiry instead of instant booking).

No parties please. A beautiful, well-maintained 30,000 gallon pool is available (shared, in host’s yard) from May through September weather permitting!
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom space is located on our quiet farm and is stocked to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Bedroom:

Queen bed with soft linens, 4 pillows, throw blanket,
Twin bed with 2 pillows,
Toddler bed with pillow. Mini Crib with fitted sheet.
LG Smart TV with remote.
2 nightstands.
One lamp with a USB port.

Extra Large Walk-In Closet:
Hangers, iron, ironing board provided.
3 XL room dividers for extra privacy between queen bed and twin/toddler beds (optional)

Living Room:
Lovechair with foldaway twin bed.
Two couches with blankets and throw pillows.
Couch protectors available upon requests and must be used by guests staying with pets.
Roku projector for movie nights.
“1747 Library” with books and board games provided for your enjoyment.
A desk with outlets and a chair for remote workers!
A washer & dryer for your laundry needs.

Kitchen:
Full-size refrigerator/freezer combo, oven/stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher.
Toaster, mini blender, and electric kettle.
Sea salt, black pepper, and olive oil provided.
Cooking basics: pots, pans, knives, cutting mats, baking sheets, muffin tin, casserole dish, measuring cup.
Large & small plates, large & small glasses, forks, spoons, steak knives, wine glasses, reusable napkins, dish towels, oven mitts, bottle opener, corkscrew provided.
Cleaning supplies, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, and trash can with trash bags included.

Dining Room:
Table with six chairs.
Large shelves for storage.

Bathroom:
Located en suite to the bedroom.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash (Native brand, scented with vanilla and coconut), hand soap, septic-safe toilet paper (provided).
8 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, and 4 pool towels provided.
Trash can with trash bags.

Other details:
Property is heated with central electric heat and cooled by electric window AC units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.
There are two ceiling fans in the bedroom and one in the living room.
A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience and are free to use!

Pet-Friendly Perks:
XL doggy door into private fenced yard (grass only).
Doggy poop bags provided.
Pets must be approved in advance and follow house rules (provided in guidebook or sent pre-booking upon request).

Outdoor Features:
Private fenced yard just for guest use.
The host's backyard is shared with guests and includes a 30,000-gallon swimming pool with a slide (for kids aged 7-12), pool chairs, and loungers.
Note: pool closed for 1 hour after maintenance on Thursdays.
A side gate leads directly from guest yard to pool.
Pool is only open through until the end of September (weather permitting). No refunds if pool is not swimmable due to weather.
A propane BBQ grill is available upon request.

Parking:
Uncovered driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles.
Trailer parking available upon request.
No oversized vehicles permitted.
Level 2 EV charging available upon request (up to 1 full charge per 2 days stay). Please bring your own charging cord as ours might not fit.

Horses:
Two horse stalls available for a fee (pre-approved only).
One round of pine shavings included; additional shavings $8 each.
Separate trailer parking and access to stalls.
Please bring your own feed; no grazing in pasture.
We live on the main property and are happy to assist or answer questions anytime via the VRBO app.

We respect your privacy, but we’re nearby if you need anything!
Other things to note
No parties or events please. Please notify hosts if you are going to have additional guests over to use the pool. There must be no pets in the pool, and children must be supervised at all times.
