Completely Renovated Retreat in Palm Springs!

This stunning Pink Villa comfortably hosts up to 12 guests with 5 beautifully designed bedrooms 8 beds and 2 bathrooms: The Master Bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the backyard. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated with stylish interiors, cozy furnishings, and carefully curated design elements like wood accents, art pieces, plush cushions, and premium bed linens to enhance your sense of relaxation.

Please note: Bedroom 2 is a converted garage, and Bedroom 5 is a private small room located in the backyard. Both bathrooms are inside the main house.

To keep the outdoor areas clean and well maintained, our service teams visit the property regularly during daytime hours.

• Gardener: Wednesdays between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Pool service: Mondays and Thursdays in the afternoon (exact time may vary)

These visits are limited to outdoor areas only and do not require any guest interaction.

We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. There is a security camera located at the front entrance facing outside, recording 24/7.

Things to note about our policies
The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The City also requires guests to supply a government-issued ID (driver`s license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.

- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.

- We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, so music and/or loud noises are not allowed at any time. We have a noise detector located in the living room and one in the patio to only measure decibels and detect higher than normal levels of noise so you can avoid any disagreement with neighbors and/or the city hall.

- Pets are subject to a fee of $100. Service animals are always welcome free of charge.
