The three additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with twin beds, are equally tastefully decorated and offer exceptional comfort. The villa also includes a second full bathroom with a bathtub and a separate guest toilet for added convenience. The heart of the home is a spacious living room with a fireplace, exuding a warm and cozy ambiance. Comfortable sofas and the dining area provide the perfect space for enjoying meals with family or friends, while the fully equipped independent kitchen opens to the living-dining area through a charming stone archway.

The villa is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing holiday. However, if there's anything specific you may need that is not listed, we will be more than happy to provide it whenever possible to make your stay even more enjoyable.

The property is fitted with an air conditioning system. General electricity consumption is included in the rental price, but electricity used by the air conditioning units is not. If the air conditioning is used during your stay, the corresponding electricity cost will be paid in cash at your leaving at a rate of €0.40 per kWh.

A jacuzzi is also available at the villa, though it is not included in the base price. Should you wish to use it, please let us know in advance. The cost is €150 per week.

We also offer baby essentials such as a cot, high chair, or baby monitor at no extra charge. These must be requested in advance to ensure availability.
