Comfort & Recreation Indoors:
The interior features natural wood finishes, generous windows, and central A/C, making it a cozy retreat in every season. The great room invites you to watch a movie by the gas fireplace, enjoy meals or games at the large dining table, or cook together in a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a French-door refrigerator, and a dishwasher.

Lake Lure is on track for a phased reopening in 2026 following Hurricane Helene cleanup, with non-motorized boating expected by March 1, 2026, and a full public reopening targeting May 1, 2026, after extensive sediment removal by the Army Corps of Engineers. The town is working with FEMA for funding and aims to reach full pond level by May, restoring access for recreation after the storm left the lake filled with debris. Check the Town of Lake Lure's website for the most current information on levels and reopening status.
