We maintain photo and cleaning records before every guest check-in, and we also have documented evidence of the condition of the property after your checkout. This includes property damage, missing items, and the home being left in an unusually dirty condition. Regarding the odor complaint, the previous guest did not use the kitchen at all. The cooking odor mentioned in your review was created during your stay, and our team spent hours restoring the home afterward. Regarding the cancellation charge of $546.03, this was not a cleaning fee. It was a cancellation/modification charge based on the agreed booking policy. Your original reservation was from March 29 to April 29 (31 nights), and after booking, you changed your dates multiple times. The charge was applied according to the reservation terms. Additionally, we documented: • Damage to one dining chair • Multiple missing hand towels • Missing garage remote clip • Excessive cleaning and restoration required after checkout If knowingly false statements continue to be published that damage our business reputation, we reserve the right to pursue appropriate action under applicable Texas civil law, including claims related to defamation or business disparagement.

First, you requested a house check on March 3, and at that time you confirmed that you were satisfied with our cleaning standards. You then checked in on March 29. It is therefore inconsistent to later claim that the home was not clean upon your arrival. Second, we maintain documented proof that the property was professionally cleaned prior to your check-in. Our cleaning team is trained to report any issues immediately with photo evidence. If the cleanliness truly did not meet expectations, there should be documented evidence. At this time, no such evidence has been provided—only verbal claims. Additionally, the previous guest did not use the kitchen at all. The odor you mentioned was a result of cooking during your stay, and our team spent several hours after your checkout thoroughly cleaning and removing the smell. Regarding the garage, it was cleaned according to standard expectations for a residential garage. It is not intended to meet the same standard as interior living spaces, and it was in appropriate condition for guest use. We also have photographic evidence showing the condition of the home after your departure. This includes significant disorder, completely damage to one dining chair, missing 3 hand towels, and a missing garage key clip. Regarding the windows, they are intentionally kept closed to prevent insects from entering, which is important for maintaining cleanliness and preparing the home for incoming guests. And also we have fully functionalble A/C in house. Based on the post-checkout condition and the issues noted above, we believe the property was not treated with appropriate care or respect including cleanliness and house rules. For these reasons, we would not recommend hosting this guest in the future.
