Pool House Getaway - Hot Tub, Sauna, Steam Shower & a 50' Pool

Now you're in for a treat! This pool house sits in front of a 50' pool, built in hot tub and has a dry sauna AND a steam shower inside. There's nothing else like it. Any season, this is the ultimate place in Virginia Beach.
This is a great experience. We built this as a vacation place at home since we work too much to vacation. Inside, you'll find porcelain tile floors, granite counters, heated towel rack in the full bathroom, in the bar poker machines for fun, a few slot machines for fun, 4 tv's, 2 in the main room, as well as a full bar (off limits), an ice maker, dish washer, instant hot water at the sink, endless hot water heater to never run out of hot showers no matter how many people you bring.
Steam shower, includes a double headed shower for the smaller guest room with a dry sauna right next to it.
Outside, you'll find a grill big enough to have a pool day and stay and enjoy the property. A built in hot tub overflows into the 50' pool.
This is in an upscale, all brick home neighborhood, 4000' sqft and up. You'll have plenty of street parking being everyone has garages and large driveways. Feel comfortable walking around at any hour. Biking to the beach is possible, I do it, but it is 8 miles away.
In the bedroom, you'll find the best mattress and bedding. We didn't give you our old and tired, we shopped for the best new stuff we'd expect.

NO COOKING in the pool house. There is an outdoor kitchen that you need to use for ALL cooking, including crock pots, hot plates, etc. The pool house is small and it is against city code for anything other then a microwave to be used for food. I also don't want to have food odors from around the world taking over the feel of the pool house.
Security camera on premises. We only rent the Pool House out separately when we reside in the main. There's personal items, beer, alcohol on premises that is NOT part of your rental. Any consumption or removal is considered theft by Home Away and we're advised to file a police report. In the summer, these items will be removed.

Dont even know where to start!The host is the most helpful person, I have been sending him a lot of questions about the place and he has been very active to reply! 10/10 communication and the place is worth every penny, the hot tub the sauna and the steam shower is a must try in this place! Pool house

Nice property, busy driveway access, difficult to get luggage, etc. to rear of property where the pool house is. Missed having an indoor range/oven, had to use outdoor grill and burners. Microwave only. Hot tub has issues, can't control from rental unit. Biggest problem: my grandson and his fiance were in the left bedroom, had to leave to find a motel Sunday because of an ant infestation in their bedroom. No food in the room, don't know why the infestation. Owner was cordial and tried to resolve hot tub issues.

Great time at VA Beach

The property is located in a very nice neighborhood. The VRBO felt like a little club house with lots of amenities (pool, hottub, sauna, steam room, two separate rooms and even slot machines! We had a good time. Thanks for your help Ron !

Property was great, owner was great but.....

Property and owner was great!!!! My only issue was it’s directly behind owners house and main room of property we were in has no curtain so the whole time the owners and myself could see each other. No privacy. Also on last day we stay the yard maintenance people were cutting grass at 7:30am woke everyone up!!!! My biggest issue was no privacy!!! But besides that very clean great pool, hot tub and super cute house

everything is fine. Ron is very attentive and responded promptly to all issues. Pros are in the advertisement but here are some of the cons 1. owner house in directly across from swimming pool and they can see directly as well as through camera in the pool and hot tub. owner can also see in the living room as curtains are only on side. 2. Although owner was attentive and responding on messages to start the hot tub but keep in mind when you want to use the hot tub you need to request the owner and he need to be physically home to start the hot tub. 3. minor thing he provides 2 toilet roll per bathroom but he forgot to keep in one bathroom but did not admit it. I had to buy from walmart for my stay. 4. outdoor grill, stove, refrigrator etc and pots and pans were so dirty and not in usable condition

Nice pool and close to everything.

Just the right size for the four of us. The pool was perfect for the kids to have fun after wrestling. Plenty of restaurants close by.

In general I was very happy with this property. I will provide some pros and cons, (according to my opinion) Pros: The place is very clean and up to date, it's much nicer than the pictures. Fresh clean linen, and towels. The house is setup like 2 suits, a bedroom and bathroom on each side of the house. (giving privacy to each bedroom) The house owner was always available for anything needed, he responded instantly to email and text. The outdoor hot tub was fantastic in the winter. Cons: This is not a private house, its a GUEST HOUSE, 99% of the time we didn't see anyone in the shared pool and yard area, but if you need a private place have in mind this is only a guest house. I personally do not like the whisky, and poker games look, the place would look much neater without it. The pool is not heated in the winter, so it's not usable when its cold out.

"Pool house" was great!

We were in town for a National Wrestling event and the "Pool house" worked great for us! The beds were comfy and the house was super clean! Plenty of towels and linens provided ! The kids loved the hot tub at night after a long day of wrestling and Ron was super helpful with all of our needs! Thank you! Great lil house with all you need!
