Thank you for your feedback. We were readily available throughout the stay and communicated primarily through the VRBO app, as recommended by VRBO for guest and host protection. In addition, we also sent check-in instructions via text and were available by phone if needed. For international guests who may need extra assistance, we are always happy to accommodate in advance when notified. Check-in details are provided on the day of arrival in line with VRBO’s standard process. The listing photos accurately represent the property, including clear image of the stair access from street level, so guests can assess accessibility beforehand. While the home may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns, this is visible in the listing. Plenty of street parking is available, as the property is located on a cul-de-sac, though the neighborhood does have natural hillside terrain typical of the Los Angeles area.
