*SECURITY CAMERA DETAILS*
For your safety and security, the property is equipped with surveillance cameras. One camera is installed at the front of the property, facing the driveway and house, and records both video and audio. Another camera is positioned at the front door, also recording video and audio.


Located just a short drive from grocery stores, upscale shopping, local attractions, restaurants and pristine beaches. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Pets (dogs only, 2 max, house-trained only, no puppies under 1 year) are welcome with prior approval and a $100 fee. All pets must be added to the reservation before arrival—undisclosed pets may result in additional charges or cancellation.

Please note that this property prohibits smoking/vaping.

To enhance security, this property is equipped with 2 exterior surveillance cameras with views of the front entry and driveway which record video and audio without invading your privacy indoors.

Rental Agreement and Pre-Arrival Forms:
Guests are required to review and agree to our rental agreement prior to arrival. Acceptance is required before check-in. This agreement includes safety policies for the pool (Florida), hot tub (Florida & Vermont), and pond (Vermont) and applies to all occupants. You are also required to complete a pre-arrival form.

Pool Heating Info:
Our pool features a solar heating system that provides light, weather-dependent warmth. For a consistently warmer swimming experience during cooler months (typically November–April), an optional electric pool heater is available for $30 per night and must be added for the full length of your stay.

If the electric heater is not selected, the pool temperature will reflect current outdoor conditions. To have the heater turned on for your arrival, please let us know at least 3 days prior to check-in.

The pool heater is set to standard industry temperatures. During colder weather, especially overnight and in the early mornings, the water may feel cooler than some guests expect. While we do our best to provide a comfortable experience, weather conditions are beyond our control, and pool heating fees are non-refundable due to weather or personal temperature preferences.
