Located just two doors down from the Boardwalk Pool, you’ll enjoy an easy walk to the beach, marina, restaurants, seasonal pop-up shops, playgrounds, pickleball and tennis courts, scenic trails, and all that Carlton Landing has to offer. Spend your days kayaking on beautiful Lake Eufaula, relaxing by the pool, or exploring the community in one of the two complimentary golf carts included with every stay.

The main home features a spacious chef’s kitchen, open-concept living and dining areas, two inviting porches—including a screened-in porch with an outdoor TV—and a cozy outdoor fireplace that’s perfect for gathering after a day at the lake.

The first-floor primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, a spacious bunk room with four queen beds, and an additional bunk room with one full bed and one twin bed, giving everyone plenty of room to relax.

The detached garage apartment offers even more privacy with one queen bed on the main level, two queen beds in the loft, a full kitchen, private bathroom, and a dedicated office/workspace—ideal for grandparents, another family, or guests who want their own private retreat.
