The room/rooms were very nice. The food was very good. Kids really loved the pool with the slide! The beach was perfect. The pool and hot tub were warm and well maintained. Some things to note:The bed and comforter in the master bedroom could be better. It was pretty annoying to only have 1 extra garbage bag in the kitchen, no laundry detergent, jet dry but no dishwasher soap for the dishwasher. No salt or pepper. Surprised that this place keeps a fountain going all day and night. My husband and I found it really annoying to not be able to hear the ocean over it. I would stay again, however I will request a room away from the fountain. We could view the ocean from our balcony, but we couldn’t hear it over the fountain noise. The outdoor staff seemed like they wanted all the pool and beach crowd to be gone the second the clock hit 4:30. I could understand that if it were darker out or if there were bugs, but that wasn’t the case. My husband got pretty upset when he asked for a ping pong ball at 5:15 and the staff member answered back with “I guess we have one but we close this at 6:00.” He wasn’t going to play longer than ten minutes with our 6 year old, but he felt bad for even being there. I worked hospitality for many years and so did my husband so we are very kind, understanding, and we tip very well. Maybe have an evening/second shift staff?? Overall the place was one that I would recommend and visit again. The room was nice and the price seemed fair.
