The Space:

Morning light filters through room-darkening shades as the city hums gently beyond your window. Brew coffee in the kitchen and ease into the day at the dining table, or settle into the dedicated workspace with the skyline in view. When you return from exploring nearby cafes and cultural spots, air conditioning and a calm interior offer a comfortable reset.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire rental unit is designed for 2 guests and includes 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bath. The bedroom provides bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, hangers, and a safe. The bathroom includes essentials and hot water, creating a simple, convenient routine whether you’re starting early or winding down late.



Living and working

Wifi is available throughout the space, and a dedicated workspace makes it easy to balance travel and remote work. A TV supports relaxed evenings indoors. Window guards and home safety features - including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher - add practical peace of mind.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen offers space where guests can cook their own meals, with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, an Other stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and a dining table. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a simple dinner, the layout supports everyday living rather than short-term convenience.



Outdoor and building features

Step outside to outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, or make use of the bikes for getting around the neighborhood. The building includes an elevator and is a single level home with no stairs in home, making movement easy from arrival to departure. A private entrance - separate street or building entrance - allows for independent access.



Parking and access

Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are available. Self check-in with a keypad allows you to check yourself into the home with a door code, and luggage dropoff allowed adds flexibility for early arrivals or late departures. Cleaning available during stay and long term stays allowed make it well suited for extended visits.



Neighborhood

Located near Colonia Americana and Avenida Chapultepec, you’re close to dining options, cafes, and local activity, with public transportation accessible nearby. Guadalajara is an active, growing city, and daytime sounds from nearby activity may be present - part of the rhythm of this vibrant area.

Guest Access:

Check-in: Our staff can greet you in the lobby between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please contact your host. We will send you the access code for the electronic door lock in advance. Important note: Last minute reservations: If you make your reservation after 9:00 p.m. the day before your arrival, or on the day of check-in, the apartment will be available for check-in from 6:00 p.m. onwards. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 am. Remember to turn off the air conditioning before your departure and notify your host.

Getting Around:

We have a private transportation service with additional cost that is available for you to move around the city with ease.



If you wish to hire it, it is important that you request it at least 15 hours in advance in order to coordinate it properly.



You can also use the cab service or platforms such as Uber.

Guadalajara is a city that's constantly growing, so you might hear some construction noise nearby during the day. We appreciate your understanding and are here for anything you may need.



Capacity and Rates:

The rate per night published on the platform is base and includes 1 to 2 guests.

Starting with the 3rd guest, an additional charge of approximately $10 USD per person per night applies.



The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 2 people, including adults, children and infants.

Important: Although Airbnb does not count children and infants in the total number of guests, the condo does. Please be sure to include all occupants when booking.



Cleaning:

The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay, but does not include daily cleaning or changing of linens or laundry during your visit.



Restrictions

-No outside guests allowed.

-No pets allowed.

-No change of linens during your stay.



Services and amenities

The amenities provided (toilet paper, shampoo, etc.) are intended to cover the first day of your stay.



The kitchen utensils available are basic tools, they do not include supplies such as salt, oil and pepper.



Parking is limited and also subject to availability.



Common areas and surroundings

The maintenance and administration of the condominium's common areas are the external responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.



Due to the constant growth of Guadalajara, it is possible that there may be construction work or other elements nearby that generate noise during the day. We appreciate your understanding.



Forgotten objects

We are not responsible for lost or forgotten objects in the accommodation. We recommend that you check carefully before your departure.
