Our property’s 4th floor location is unique for both privacy and view. The main living area and both bedrooms have views of the beach and ocean without sacrificing personal privacy. The huge balcony overlooks the pool, beach, and ocean. Both bedrooms are “master” bedrooms and are equipped with king size beds. A personal custom code provides keyless access through the unit’s double doors. Four back-pack style folding beach chairs and 6 beach towels are finished with your rental. Maximum occupancy is 4. Our custom "En Soleil 412 Guest Information Manual" helps reduce the stress of getting settled in to enjoy your stay. The manual includes instructions on how to operate the TVs, restaurant tips, where to find things in the condo, and how to operate everything. (In 2024 we added a new luxury leather sofa, loveseat and swivel recliner. The two Living Room photos are the most current. Some of the photos in our gallery still show glimpses of the old furniture.)

WIFI is provided and includes a networked printer. All three televisions are flat screen, and the main TV has a DVD player with many classic movie DVDs for your enjoyment. The main living area smart TV is 60”, the master bedroom TV is 52”, and the guest bedroom smart TV is 42”.

The En Soleil resort complex itself is upscale and luxurious. Resort landscaping and grounds, with waterfalls, expansive pool, and dual hot tubs, are all maintained in pristine condition. The resort is located at the quiet end of PCB with 24 hour gated security.

Two high-speed elevators, only steps away from your reserved underground parking space, take you to heated/cooled and carpeted hallways that lead to your elegant 1695 sqft retreat. Luggage and grocery carts are available for you use and are located near the elevator just steps away from your garage parking space.

Custom designed cabinetry houses the 60 inch flat screen smart TV, all ready for quick and easy game box connection. Two sets of sliding doors flank the fireplace mantel/hearth and lead to the balcony. Also, each bedroom has a set of sliding glass doors that privately access the balcony.. The kitchen is appointed with stainless appliances including an under counter icemaker, quartzite marble countertops, subway tile back-splash, and wrap around quartzite marble bar. The dining room seats six comfortably, and the kitchen bar area seats four.

Both bedrooms have their own bath, king-size beds with designer bedding and walk-in closets. The master bath includes a huge glassed-in shower, whirlpool tub, separate water closet, double sinks, and dressing table complete with lighted make-up mirror.

The guest bathroom doubles as a powder bath and is accessible from the living area and the guest bedroom without compromising the privacy of the guest bedroom and the guest’s private use of the bath.

The generous laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, sink, ironing board, and iron, and drying rack, beach towel hooks.

Balcony: Two padded chaise lounges, a cast aluminum bar height table with six padded swivel bar stools, and a built in gas grill housed in a luxurious quartzite stone counter fully equip the spacious balcony for dining and just enjoying the stunning views of the beach and pool. The unique orientation of the balcony provides plenty of morning shade from the sun while still allowing for private afternoon sunning.

All appliances are well maintained and in good working order. The kitchen has an under-counter ice maker, ceramic cook-top range, electric convection oven, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, waffle maker, electric griddle, pressure cooker, slow cooker, coffeepot, Sboly one-cup maker, coffee bean grinder, french door refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, an under-rmounted "farm style" kitchen sink with built in soap dispenser, garbage disposal.
