This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).



Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.



Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

Late Check-in Fee: A surcharge of AED 200 applies for check-ins between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.



Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only. Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.



Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay.



If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee. Please note that there is a charge of AED 700 for each lost access card.



Please be advised that there will be fit-out works within the premises from January 19, 2026 to May 30, 2026, between 10AM to 5PM, excluding weekends and holidays. Kindly note that any noisy works will be restricted between 10AM to 4PM only. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you for your understanding.



Late check-out fee AED 100/hour.
