Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to address the grill rental. Unfortunately, the grill that was originally at the home experienced a mechanical malfunction the day of your arrival and was not functioning properly. We apologized for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. Rather than attempting a temporary repair, we pivoted to purchase, delivered and installed the new grill early in the afternoon the following day. As for your other comments, they do not reflect the experience we provide. Unfortunately, none of these concerns were reported during your stay. From the very beginning, we always encourage our guests to notify us immediately if the cleanliness or condition of the home does not meet their expectations so that we can investigate and address them promptly as we take cleanliness, maintenance, and guest communication very seriously. Had any of these concerns been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have gladly worked to resolve them as quickly as possible.
