The contemporary property is just 50 - 75 yards to the beach and a 1-minute walk to the World Famous Venice Board Walk and within walking distance to trendy ABBOTT KINNEY. THIS UNIT IS FOR - 2 ADULTS and 2 SMALL CHILDREN 17 YRS OF AGE OR LESS. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is a perfect spot for those who want to be near the action, but not near the noise. This space has everything you will need for a short term stay. This lovely unit offers a brand new Cal King pillow top bed & brand new extremely comfortable sofa sleeper full-sized & bathroom. Living room sofa bed (twin size), 2 lounge chairs, 50'' LED smart HDTV & Wi-fi. This unit is less than 1 block away from the Venice Canals - truly an amazing location. Dining area - round table seats 4. The kitchenette offers a refrigerator, microwave, and a drip coffee maker. IT IS NOT SUITED FOR THOSE WHO PLAN ON COOKING - Delivery services available (who wants to cook on vacation)
Muscle Beach is a three-minute walk. Come and enjoy the Catalina wine festival by taking a 45-minute cruise to the Island. Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm is a 45-minute drive away! This space has everything and more than you will need for your ultimate beach vacation.

There are too many restaurants to count... 1 block walk from the property to amazing restaurants, boutiques, galleries, vintage shops, World Famous Venice Boardwalk & skate park, cafes, markets, a post office, banks, and gyms. Central location without the hustle-bustle!! Everything you need is within walking distance. LAX-15 minutes. Malibu 20 minutes. Santa Monica, Main Street & 3rd St Promenade-5 minutes. You don't need to move your car with this property as there are so many things to do and see all within walking distance.
You can do without a car due to its location as well.
If you love a couple's or small family's getaway, walks on the beach, strolling the Venice Canals, or hanging out on the ocean deck with a cocktail this is the place to be. You can't beat the activities for adults and kids who love the quick access to the beach to boogie boards, surfing, paddle boarding, rollerblading, paddle tennis, volleyball, bike paths, and Venice beach. The list goes on about the versatility of this apartment. Truly a special gem. Please follow these house rules. Very secure building with BLACK & WHITE SQUARE CAMERAS IN HALLWAY, LOBBY, STAIRS & FRONT DOOR TO BUILDING & garage to make sure garage doors are closed from the back alley. The space is on the ground floor, with no stairs. Pet fee $100 per pet. Only 1 small dog (20 LBS) & must be approved prior to reserving. Must be pre-approved and I need to know the breed of the dog before booking...No pit bulls, no Rottweilers, Dobermans, German shepherds, no exceptions... NO EARLY CHECK-IN WITHOUT APPROVAL. Travelers must have at least 1 review to book. Un-authorized guests fee is $100 per night, so please be honest and upfront.
