- Grandfather Vineyard & several craft breweries and galleries: within a 5 min drive.
- Local trails and Shawneehaw Creek paths: ~2 min drive to trailheads near Mill Pond.

- Internet is currently Satellite-based with a monthly data cap. It's adequate for checking emails and general web browsing but should NOT be used for streaming, videos, or gaming activities. Depending on your phone carrier, your cell phone signal may or may not work in this location.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens are provided for you.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. The road leading to this home starts as paved then turns to gravel and is moderately steep.
- There are parking spaces for up to 3 vehicles. There is a shared driveway, so please be conscientious and do not block the neighbors from coming and going.
- There are about 4 steps to enter the main level of the home.
- The owner uses a security camera to monitor the entrance and private garage.

​​​​​​​CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
