Guests will be contacted prior to arrival to arrange details. All payments must be completed before arrival. • Guest Policy: Only the number of guests declared at booking may check-in. Visitors are not allowed. • Late Check-In: Available by prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee. Check-ins after 02:00 AM are not possible. • Special Requests: Subject to availability and additional charges. • Group Restrictions: Property does not accept hen, stag, or similar party groups.
PS: There are different units in the building all with the same configuration, standard, size & amenities; however, some may have different furniture. You will be allocated any one of the available units.
Guest Policies and Check-in Information • Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to book and stay without a legal guardian is 21 years old. • House Rules: o No parties or events are allowed. o No visitors are permitted during your stay. o Only the number of guests stated in the reservation (or confirmed with us prior to arrival) will be accepted. • Security/Damage Deposit: o A refundable damage deposit of €200–500 (depending on the apartment type and number of guests) is required. o The deposit must be paid by card only via a secure online link sent 3 days before arrival. o If you have not paid the deposit before arrival, check-in instructions will not be provided. o The deposit is fully refunded after check-out if: No damage is found in the apartment. Both sets of keys are returned. All house rules are respected. • Check-in Process: We operate contactless check-in as we do not have a 24-hour reception. o Before arrival, you will receive an email with a 3D secure payment link for the deposit. o Once the payment is completed, you will receive a message with your check-in instructions (such as access codes, directions, etc.). o If for any reason our staff cannot meet you in person, the contactless check-in process will still apply.
