Really fun house with plenty of space and easy to access in a nice neighborhood. Perfect, especially if you're in Glendale for a sporting event or major gathering. Very family-friendly...the Pac-Man arcade in the living room was a hit!! Communication with renter was fantastic. Immediate. Very impressed with the experience.

“Perfect Family Getaway!”

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless, the AC worked perfectly, and the huge pool was a dream. The spacious grassy yard with kids’ toys was a big hit with our little ones. Perfect spot for a fun, relaxing family weekend — we’ll definitely be back!

Only there 4 days but no access to washer and dryer .. not a big deal but rental should be upfront of any issues prior to check in

The home was clean. The coffee maker had no coffee and when we notified the owner she just said it was taken care of by the house keeper, did not really help. We bought coffee. The trash was over flowing in the carport and the answer was that they had guests before us and trash is picked up the following Thursday, this was Monday. There were NO smoke dectors in the home, just the frame of one attached to the wall, This is against the law in any state for a rental. It was over 100 degrees and the pool was not operation correctly but biggest issue full of algae. Mentioned to owner and no response. The pool man came a few days later but adding chorline will not solve this pool, We own a pool, It needs to be emptied or all water reverse osmosis process. Sad, sad. We wanted to leave but since we had to wait a day to try and get another place, then check out by 10 or 11 and then wait for another property to let us in not convenient with our already made plans. We had to stay. Called VRBO and tomorrow I will see how they see all this now. Algae and no smoke detectors just a bad seriously unsafe situation.

My son and I showed up to the house and had to reach out to the host to find out how to enter. Upon arrival the two garbage bins (trash & recycle) were overflowing and multiple other boxes and/or trash next to them. I immediately let the host know and they responded saying the cleaner will get notified. Nothing happened. Essentially we couldnt host any events at the house that would add to the trash issue. The lighting in the house requires a Phd to figure out. Flooring was damaged in the master bathroom. My son and I also left the property with multiple bed bug bites and the bed sheets appeared dirty. The pool is ice cold. In my opinion the price paid for this property for the week was unacceptable.

Property was dirty pool was full of dirt stuff floating in it no hand soap. Couldn’t access property due to code for door not given for 2 hours after check in time texted host about dirty pool and pics not being accurate for property just did nothing asked were we still at property and I said no she double booked property and gave us 0 refund for paid twice for 1 weekend ! Do not rent this place. Scammer shouldn’t be allowed to be a host on vrbo something should be done and we should get a refund. Never slept there still charged cleaning fee and 0 refund host doesn’t respond!

I rent a vbro at least three times a year for many years. This was the worst stay. Very minimal response from the owner. Check in instructions were not given until 3 day of check in and there was no other communication which was worrisome. Owner stated pool was heated. There was no heater which was unfortunate as a heated pool why we rented this house. I had very disappointed kids for the holiday. House was dirty on check in. No broom, no spatulas, no napkins. Owner was supposed to send someone to show us where the pool heater was and give us a broom after she said that, she stopped communicating with us. Property not well maintained. Broken towel rack in master bathroom, broken floor trim, and most important one of the gates for the pool for was broken. The lights go on and off all night. Finally my daughter woke up with several bug bites. I’m very worried about bed bugs. Only reason I gave a two star as opposed to one is location was less than 15 minutes from my sister.

Property misrepresented/Poor communication/Pool Dirty & UnusableFirst, I had to call host at check-in time to ask how to access property as I had not received any communication from them. The pool was not working as you can see from previous review. Checked-in Friday night and was awoken @ 6:30 am to workers who were there to fix pool. They started jackhammering up the cement and the noise was unbearable, so finally left at 930 and the rest of my group got a hotel room so we could hang out by their pool all day. When I returned the host said all was fixed and pool ready to use. I explained that the water was not yet full and was filthy. Ended up going back to hotel the next day at pool with the kids who were supposed to be staying at the property with us. At first host sounded like they were understanding about the impact this had on our stay - AND the lack of communication and listing being mis-represented as they knew well before we arrived of this problem and did not communicate anything. Beware of this property, not sure what kind of scam they are trying to run, but did issue a partial refund, not enough for the inconvenience/misrepresentation.Look at the last picture when pool was "fully ready for use" as described by host. You cannot see bottom of pool it is so dirty. The host was not telling the truth to VRBO, but I had all pretty well documented so ended up getting compensated fairly.I echo everything from previous review
