Bedrooms (4 Total)

Primary Bedroom: A peaceful retreat with a comfy KING bed, storage, and a private en suite bathroom for your convenience.

Bedroom 2: Thoughtfully decorated and cozy with a QUEEN bed – great for adults or older kids.

Bedroom 3: Light and cheerful with a QUEEN bed, perfect for kids or friends.

Bedroom 4: A kid-friendly room with two twin bunk beds (for a total of FOUR TWIN BEDS), toys and a playful vibe to make little ones feel at home. The baby items, including the Pack 'n play are stored in the closet.


Bathrooms (2 Total)

Clean, modern, and stocked with towels, a hair dryer, and starter soap, body wash, and shampoo/conditioner.

Family-friendly touches include a baby bath for the littlest guests.


Family Room
Step inside to a spacious and welcoming living area with cozy seating, a smart TV for movie nights, and family-friendly games and books tucked nearby for those cozy or rainy days. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or in the pool. The couch can be turned into a QUEEN bed.


Kitchen & Breakfast Nook

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for anything—from your morning coffee to full family meals. Appliances, a coffee maker, and all the cooking basics are at your fingertips. The adorable breakfast nook is the ideal spot for sipping coffee or having a quiet chat in the morning. There is a high chair available for little ones up to 35 lbs.


Dining Room
Gather for meals, puzzles, or game night in the charming dining room that comfortably seats your group. It’s a warm space for conversation, laughter, and memory-making.


Dedicated Work Space
For those mixing work with play, the primary bedroom includes a dedicated workspace complete with a desk, comfortable chair, and reliable Wi-Fi. The partially finished garage has been transformed into a casual and fun game space, perfect for downtime and indoor entertainment. Enjoy:

Heated Pool & Lanai

Enjoy year-round swimming in the screened-in pool—complete with lounge chairs and pool toys. It's perfect for relaxing mornings or cooling off after a day at the beach. Pool heating is already included in the price – no additional fees. The pool will be scheduled to heat to 85 degrees. However, pool temperature cannot be guaranteed when outdoor temperatures drop below 70 degrees.


On the Deck, right off the pool area, you'll find:

West Lawn: Games & Mini Golf

Let the games begin! The West Lawn features:

Please note:

Guests have access to the entire house minus the locked owner's closets in the kitchen and hallways.

Prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

For liability and insurance purposes, the primary booking guest must be 21+ and present during the stay.

Check-in is at 4 pm
Check-out is at 10 am

No pets are allowed.

This is a smoke-free property, including the home and outside area surrounding the home. No smoking of any substance, including vaping.

No parties allowed. This property is ideal for family vacations. If you're looking for a party house, please do not book.

Please note there is one exterior security camera that faces the driveway and one exterior camera on the doorbell. Both are recording 24/7 for security purposes.
