Guest Access:
The state of Hawaiʻi assesses an occupancy tax on vacation ownership villas that is payable at check-out. This tax will range between $10 and $27 per night, based on the size of the occupied villa.

The villas at Sheraton Kaua‘i Resort Villas are located across the street from the ocean in the Garden Wing of the resort. None of the villas offer a view of the ocean.
