Pack bug spray! Mosquitoes are active here. They’re more of a surprise than a threat (we promise!), but we want guests to know ahead of time that a rare visitor isn’t a reflection of cleanliness—it’s just part of being tucked into nature in the South. Guests often spot deer, songbirds, and the occasional squirrel from the balcony. • No Smoking Indoors: Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and fresh for all future guests. Central Air, but condo is two floors with one HVAC unit. It can get about 10 degrees warmer upstairs during the summer months in the South Carolina humidity and heat. Personal fans recommended.
