Well equipped home away

Shaun was accommodating and available. The house was comfortable for a large family and had a stocked kitchen. The pool is beautiful with lots of loungers to soak up the sun. We also enjoyed the small courtyard out front and had meals there when it got too hot. The house was quiet and cool for great night sleeps.

Very nice stay. Negative comments: 1. Guest beds were not very comfortable. 2. no mailbox For a 3 month stay it was a pain to drive to the 'Mail box store'

Beautiful neighborhood, nice backyard and pool

One toilet had to be turned on and off with each use. There are 3 bathrooms, so could be worse. Shaun told us about it before had and if we were willing to be home for plumber, he would have it repaired while we were there. I am sure it is fixed by now. Only garbage can was a recycle, we just used that one. Exhaust fan over stove was hard to turn on and off. This home was located exactly where we wanted to be. Overall a pleasant trip

Great Beautiful Home!

A group of us stayed for Coachella and had an amazing time at the Grady's house! The house is very large and really pretty. They have a long glass wall looking towards the pool that is really relaxing and a nice awakening in the morning. It as really nice to chill and relax by the pool in the morning before the craziness of Coachella. Shaun was also very nice and accommodating! I asked him if we could possibly check in early and check out late and he was very flexible and considerate of our schedule due to Coachella. I highly recommend staying here. Its a great get away spot and also a nice place to relax before and after the Indio festivals. It's about 30 minutes away from the grounds but theres an In N Out nearby so that definitely makes it even more worth the drive. I definitely will be coming back at my next chance! [: Thank you Shaun!

Great location!

This home is in a perfect location - central to it all. The backyard is like a small private park and with the pool it is perfect for a family with kids, which was always quiet. Comfortable three bedrooms, den with sofabed is for kids, but separate bath is nice. Remodeling is fresh and clean and layout is great. Could use new curtains in the bedrooms instead of the vertical blinds that let in light. All in all, we had a great vacation and felt very comfortable here.

Great space and experience

Three couples and 4 children. Plenty of space, nicely appointed and the right mix of refined and relaxed. Beautiful mature outdoor grounds and fantastic views to the south mountains. The outdoor living of palm springs and literally perfect temps at this time of year (March) had us all outside most of the time but when inside the kitchen and living accommodated us all well. The back games/kids room was fantastic for our teenage boys to disappear to as well. We had a few small glitches with the shower controls in one of the three showers and the fan hood over the stove but these were minor and will be addressed. Ranch Mirage is a great location to both access older Palm Springs on the Thursday night market and to get to Palm Dessert where we played some golf and did the Living Desert Zoo. One of our crew even did Joshua Tree National Park and loved the easy access. We would definitely return and recommend. It is a community of shared space so there will always be that element of respecting quiet times and others grass or the pool rules but that wasn't a problem in our group and we made friends easily with some visiting neighbours also renting etc.

an excellent rental home

This spacious home accommodated our large family very comfortably. It is clean, beautifully furnished and well supplied with cooking tools, linens, toiletries etc. The pool and hot tub were great. It was very quiet. Shaun was attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the golf courses, tennis clubs, Farmer's Market and McCallum Theater which were 15 - 30 minutes from the property. The kitchen, outdoor grill, and large dining area made cooking and eating in a pleasure. We plan to return next year. I highly recommend this property.

Great large gathering home

We rented the home for two weeks for an extended family gathering. We are from out of state, but our family is from all over the SoCal area. Family was able to stay a night or longer when they came to visit us. The house is very roomy and functional, and the grounds are well maintained and enclosed, a safe environment for kids. The pool and spa are heated which made them ideal for the cooler January days and evenings. With a maximum of 16 neighbor homes, if everyone's there, we found it very quiet and restful. We had one minor plumbing issue the first day, but Shaun had it taken care of immediately. We would definitely rent again, and are hoping to do so again this year.

Peaceful and comfortable house

This is our second time renting a vocational house via VRBO.com. We went to this house for the fourth of july. It was a really comfortable house with great central pool with many palm tree surrounded and gorgeous game room with tons of board games. We felt so private even the pool is shared with the neighborhood. There was no one and allowed we occupying the whole pool with our ratio and beer. (So Chill! We loved it!) Children loved the game room the most. They had so much fun in that room and stayed up the whole night! Two things that can improve in this house are the central air-conditioner was not working really well. It did not feel like 75'F even when it was in the night. Also, the oven was not cleaned. There was smoke coming out from the oven when we used it for cooking. However, these are not big problems, I still recommend this vocational house and will definitely come back again soon! :) Nice one!

Beautiful Home In A Lovely Neighborhood.

My girlfriend and I, along with some friends, went to the desert and stayed at this beautiful property. We absolutely adores this house. It was spacious, well kept, and very classy. It had everything we needed in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. We even used the BBQ and took a swim in the pool, which was conveniently located right in back of the house and shared with the rest of the block. The neighbors were quite friendly. The common area behind all of the homes is gorgeous. It really is a wonderful property. The owner was a great guy too. He was very helpful and quick to answer any question I may have had. We were delighted with our stay and would love to go back. Thank you SG.

Stagecoach Getaway

We rented the house for the weekend of Stagecoach. We're in our late 20s and have a mixture of couples and singles so it ended up working out well since we don't mind sharing rooms, couches, pull outs etc. Would also be great for families. The 3 bathrooms worked out well too. Plenty of amenities there with enough space for all of us to eat and hang out. The pool and jacuzzi was super close and we brought corn hole for the grassy area which worked out well. All the neighbors we met were also really nice, we were there for the concert but honestly wished we could've just chilled out more. Great little getaway for sure. definitely will be coming back for another chill weekend!

wonderful getaway home

We rented this hime fir a multigenerational family vacation and holiday celebration. It was perfect. Clean, very well maintained' spacious, very bright and so well laid out..plenty if room to spread out or be together... the few neighbors on site were friendly and welcoming and especially gracious to our grandchildren sharing pool toys and unconcerned with any extra noise. We would definitely rent again. Thank you Shaun.

Adult sibling week long vacation

We all loved the location. The unit is very spacious with 3 bathrooms. One bathroom had some poor hot water circulation to the shower. When we arrived it was not vacuumed and counters and floors needed to be washed, the windows and patio furniture were all dirty. the owner was contacted and in 3 1/2 hours he had 2 cleaning people come and do most of the cleaning. we did clean the patio windows and deck furniture. We would have liked if the shrubs had all been trimmed before our arrival especially on the private sunning deck. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and clean. There were more than enough kitchen amenities available including bar-b-que which did need a new battery for the electric start to work, which we replaced. I would recommend this place despite the unclean conditions when we first arrived as these were dealt with and a compensation was given back. I would recommend these homes in this area to 3 couples or families overall we enjoyed the home.

Super Nice Place to Stay in Rancho Mirage

Beautiful big home located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Big open backyard area shared with other neighbors includes a nice big pool. The house was immaculate and had all of the necessary amenities. This was a fantastic place for our party of 8 to stay for the weekend.

I have been coming down to Rancho Mirage since I was a child. My family purchased the home in 1975. My wife and I took over ownership. We live in La Canada and it has been a wonderful getaway. We enjoy all the seasons in the desert and all that it has to offer. We hope you will too.

This property is one of sixteen homes around a central pool and jacuzzi. Built on the 1950s by a group that all went to college in Southern California together, the homes have been passed down through generations. Six of the sixteen homes are still owned by the original families. It is a close-knit, family-friendly association that is very unique. Once you visit, you won't want to stay anywhere else.

Most of the home was remodeled in 2008. The master bed and bath was remodeled in 2013. The home is equipped for wonderful entertaining or simply to relax and enjoy. Centrally located so nothing is more than 5-10 minutes away. Enjoy world-class golf, tennis, shopping and restaurants nearby. Come see the Nabisco LPGA event at Mission Hills, The Coachella Music Festival or the ATP Tennis Championships at the Indian Wells Tennis Stadium. The desert has it all!
