Entire space is available for guest access, except the garage.
Driveway fits multiple cars and street parking is also available

Casa Chilluxe, aka the perfect mix of chill vibes and good times, is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath getaway that brings all the comfort with a king bed, two queens, and a double, so there’s no drawing straws for sleeping spots.

Inside, you’ve got not one but two living rooms (because why not?), a fireplace for cozy nights, and a ping pong table to settle those “who’s more competitive” debates. The kitchen’s fully stocked and ready for everything from brunch spreads to late-night snacks.

Feeling active? Hop on the Peloton and pretend you’re in a spin class (or just use it as a photo prop, we won’t judge). Outside is where the fun really kicks off: jump in the pool, play a little backyard soccer, toss some cornhole bags, or just vibe on the covered patio with a drink in hand.

Whether you’re planning game night, poolside hangs, or simply need a break from boring, this house totally gets the assignment!

*There is one operational security camera located at the front door, in the form of a doorbell which records both visually and audibly. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously.
