*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Boat Launch, Outdoor pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Covered Parking

*PARKING: The Cove offers onsite parking for up 2 vehicles. There is an assigned space available and guest space, however due to limited parking only 2 vehicles are allowed. Each vehicle must have a parking pass, which is located on the kitchen counter at arrival. Boat/ trailer parking is available across the street next to the boat launch and is a limited, first come, first serve basis. Spaces for boat/trailer parking is not guaranteed.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee.
