The space
No Smoking Indoors – $500 Fine
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of indoor smoking is found. Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a clean, smoke-free environment for all guests.

Our spacious home features 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms designed to comfortably accommodate larger groups and families. Here's the layout:

9 Queen Beds – Soft linens, cozy comforters, and plenty of room to relax. Perfect for couples or solo travelers wanting extra space. All bedrooms equipped with Smart TVs.
3 Twin bunk Beds – Ideal for kids or single guests, with plush bedding and nearby outlets for charging devices.
Each bedroom offers ample storage, soft lighting, and a tranquil ambiance to help you unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you're traveling with extended family or a group of friends, everyone will find their perfect place to rest.

2 Queen Air mattresses AND 1 Twin Air mattress all with built in pump for easy and quick set up.

Guests staying at our Vrbo enjoy direct access to hiking trails located just behind our home. Whether you're looking for a peaceful morning walk, an invigorating hike, or a chance to connect with nature, these trails offer a strenuous & convenient way to explore the outdoors—right from your doorstep.

Take in the fresh air, enjoy local wildlife, and make the most of your stay with this unique amenity. Please keep in mind there is wildlife that lives there so be careful, watch your step and explore at your own risk! Although it’s not often over the years We have seen Coyotes, Snakes, Reindeer, Bobcat, etc.

Additional Guest Fee – $35 per Person, per Night which is included at your price at checkout! This standard rate includes accommodations for up to 12 guests. To ensure comfort and maintain quality standards, we charge an additional guest fee of $35 per person, per night for any guests beyond the base occupancy.
This fee helps cover extra linens, utilities, and cleaning to ensure every guest has an enjoyable and well-prepared stay.

Visitor Fee – $35 per visitor per day.
To ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly ask that anyone NOT listed as a guest MUST be approved in advance. A visitor fee of $35 per person may apply for guests who are not included in the original booking but plan to visit the property during your stay. This fee helps cover additional wear, use of amenities, and parking considerations.

Please no visitors so we can confirm availability and provide approval. Unauthorized visitors may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.

Important Pool Safety Notice-
Please be aware that there is no safety gate or barrier around the pool. For the safety of all guests, especially young children, adult supervision is required at all times when using or being near the pool area. We are not responsible or held liable for any accidents or Deaths that could occur.

Guests are fully responsible for monitoring children and ensuring safe use of the pool. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Pool/Spa Heater Fee – $75 per day for Spa, $500 to heat the entire Pool.

To enhance your stay we can heat the Pool and Spa for an additional fee.
A one-time Spa heater Fee of $75 per day or $500 to heat the Pool.

This fee is applied to cover maintenance, cleaning, and preparation to ensure a relaxing and hygienic experience for all guests. This fee will appear as a separate charge at booking and can be added upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can have it warmed and ready for you at check-in if you’d like.
