Bright, welcoming, and full of bee-themed charm, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home is perfect for a relaxing getaway, work trip, or a stop along your travels. Thoughtfully decorated with sunny yellow accents and playful touches, every space is designed for comfort and convenience.

Unwind in the spacious living room, where you’ll find a comfortable sofa, a matching chair, two antique wooden accent chairs, and a 32" smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. A bookcase stocked with reading material adds a homey touch, and there’s an expandable table with three chairs—perfect for extra seating or casual meals.

The eat-in kitchen includes a table for two and everything you need to cook or reheat meals. Enjoy a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a traditional coffee maker with bee-themed mugs and coffee and tea to start your day. A sliding glass door leads to a covered back deck—ideal for enjoying a breeze or taking a quiet break.

Although we’re now based in the beautiful mountains of Graham County, North Carolina, we’re originally from Southern Illinois and spent many years living and working in the Mt. Vernon area. Cozy Bee Hive holds a special place in our hearts, and we love being able to share this home with guests visiting a region we still consider home.
Graham Property Management is owned and operated by John and Allison, a couple with complementary backgrounds in real estate, business, home improvement, and guest services. John holds a degree in Business Management and brings hands-on experience in property care and operations. Allison is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina with years of experience in real estate sales, property management, and hospitality.
While we may be managing the property remotely, we have trusted local resources in the area and stay actively involved in ensuring the home is guest-ready and well-maintained. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space, and to be responsive and easy to reach if you need anything during your stay.
