Home Overview:
The home is located in a great community. It features 2bedrooms, 2 bathrooms! You`ll have full-access to the home and it`s premise, except for the cleaning and storage closet, located in the garage. If availability allows, we are happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-out. Please contact us directly to check availability.

Locks:
The front door is operated by our secure, unique code lock that provides each of our guests with their own unique code that is only active during their stay. Guests will receive check-in instructions the day before arrival, walking you through the simple check-in process.

Parking:
There is an attached 1 vehicle garage with an awning for 1 car, along with additional free street parking, which is on a first come, first serve basis.

Dining:
The dining table, which seats 4 people, is located off the kitchen and is the perfect place to sit down for a home-cooked meal. Additionally, there is an oversized island that seats 3 people.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with full-size stainless steel appliances including: microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and wine cooler. In addition, you’ll find a toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, blender, baking sheets, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, steak knives, cutting board, cocktail tools, wine opener, wine glasses, dinnerware and glassware, cutlery, fire extinguisher and more.

Living room:
The living room has one couch and a 65 inch Smart tv. Also under the tv stand are board games for your family to enjoy a night of laughter.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 - King size memory foam bed, 2 nightstands, 2 table lamps, TV, 1 body mirror, and a desk and chair. Connected is a private large bathroom featuring a shower, soaking bathtub, and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 - 2 full beds with memory foam, night stand, 2 table lamps, and a double door closet. Connected is a bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower combo.

Other:
Freshly laundered towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and other toiletry items are provided. Full size washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board, laundry detergent pods, and lint roller are located in the double-door laundry area on the second floor.

Our home is located in a safe, friendly neighborhood that`s perfect for relaxing and exploring. Whether you`re here for sightseeing, business, or just to unwind, the area offers a great balance of convenience and charm.

You`ll find local cafes, restaurants, and shops just a short walk or drive away.Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are also widely used in the area. If you’re driving, there’s a 2 car garage, and major roads and highways are easily accessible. Public transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to reach downtown and major attractions.


Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

These measures are mandatory and ensure a secure and seamless experience for all parties
No parties or large gatherings.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Be respectful of neighbors and follow all local laws and ordinances.
A maximum of the number of persons listed on your, regardless of age, may occupy the property, or be on the premises, at any one time.
No eating or drinking in carpeted areas of the house.
All trash and recycling MUST be placed inside trash bags that are securely tied and closed.
Subleasing this unit is not permitted.
