Conveniently located between Beaverton and Portland, a lot restaurants and grocery stores around, 10-15 minutes driving to downtown, Nike, Intel, 0.9 miles to Providence St. Vincent Hospital, 5 minutes walk to Catlin Gabel School, with PDX airport just a short drive away. Very easy freeway access to 26 and 217.
The space
Welcome to Evergreen Garden! Step into your home away from home at this Vrbo, featuring a spacious and charming front yard, as you enter, you'll be greeted by a beautifully designed living room and kitchen, complete with stylish furniture and artwork. The large dining table invites you to gather and enjoy meals, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for culinary adventures.
Venture outside to discover generous patio areas perfect for relaxing, complete with ample seating for outdoor gathering, listen to the birds singing or enjoy music in the afternoon from Amaterra Winery which is located on the top of the hill, just a few houses away. You can also taste wine or have a romantic & fancy dinner there with a membership card. Also there is a must visit quintessential brunch & coffee spot that's nestled in a big beautiful garden on " Cornell Farm" , just 0.2 mile away.
This one floor Vrbo. is comfortably accommodates your group with three bedrooms , a master suite with a separate bathroom and a king bed, another two bedrooms with two twin beds and a queen bed. Two cribs are available by requesting.
