Conveniently located between Beaverton and Portland, a lot restaurants and grocery stores around, 10-15 minutes driving to downtown, Nike, Intel, 0.9 miles to Providence St. Vincent Hospital, 5 minutes walk to Catlin Gabel School, with PDX airport just a short drive away. Very easy freeway access to 26 and 217.

Welcome to Evergreen Garden! Step into your home away from home at this Vrbo, featuring a spacious and charming front yard, as you enter, you'll be greeted by a beautifully designed living room and kitchen, complete with stylish furniture and artwork. The large dining table invites you to gather and enjoy meals, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for culinary adventures.

Venture outside to discover generous patio areas perfect for relaxing, complete with ample seating for outdoor gathering, listen to the birds singing or enjoy music in the afternoon from Amaterra Winery which is located on the top of the hill, just a few houses away. You can also taste wine or have a romantic & fancy dinner there with a membership card. Also there is a must visit quintessential brunch & coffee spot that's nestled in a big beautiful garden on " Cornell Farm" , just 0.2 mile away.

This one floor Vrbo. is comfortably accommodates your group with three bedrooms , a master suite with a separate bathroom and a king bed, another two bedrooms with two twin beds and a queen bed. Two cribs are available by requesting.

This property was super nice and clean, with a good outdoor area and great amenities. It was also very close to public transit, so commuting into the city was no bother!

Hi, The property was nice, however there was a bathroom toilet that was left with stuff in it and we had to clean it because it was stained.We also did not know it was attached to the hosts who lived downstairs. I must have missed that when I booked it.Thanks!

I was in Portland with my family and Lilly’s property was fantastic. The photos don’t do it justice and everything was so clean and everything worked. I also appreciated the plethora of towels / toilet paper / paper towels since this has been an area in other rentals that we have had issues with. The kitchen is also very large and usable and I was so impressed with how spotless the property was! The neighborhood was very quiet but still easy to get around and this may have been the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in! There is another rental downstairs which I wasn’t aware of before personally but this really was not an issue ever and I was given a heads up upon arrival. Lilly was extremely responsive and cordial and I will absolutely book here again if I find myself in Portland again.

Lily’s home was beautiful and absolutely spotless! Communication was excellent and fast. Whenever I needed anything, Lily was responsive and helpful.However, my only complaint is that there was another unit being rented out underneath us, and the guest came knocking on our door at 2 a.m. while I was just walking to the kitchen to get a glass of water. Everyone was asleep, and it really startled me. I heard her yelling from outside the door, “Be quiet, we are sleeping!” We followed all the quiet-time rules and honestly weren’t even there 75% of the time.I have two suggestions: perhaps improve soundproofing or avoid renting to two guests at the same time. Other than that, it’s a beautiful home—thank you for having us!

BEWARE! You are not renting a house. It is two units and we were awoken to lights in the driveway and banging around of someone moving into the lower unit after 10 pm. We almost called 911 as we thought we were being robbed. We had no idea they were renting out the downstairs. We thought we were renting a whole house. The insulation is minimal and we could hear the guests below our master bedroom most of the weekend. It’s a three bedroom house but has a mini 5 cup coffee pot. There is no cookie sheet and minimal kitchen supplies. The price is quite high for a split unit and limited kitchen. It was very clean and the host was attentive. We would not rent this duplex again.
