Great Amenities includes beds for 8, Full Bar, Outdoor Patio with Glass Fire Pit, Indoor Glass Fireplace, Vinyl Stereo Record player and Full kitchen and Laundry. Blocks from the Dallas DART (Love Field). Uber to Downtown, Uptown, and Knox/Henderson for less than $10. Amenities include Flat screen, full cable, Pandora, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Full High Speed Wifi.

This house is a reflection of the Mid-Century architecture and culture of the 1960s. The house is furnished with pieces from the period and is themed to honor the Rat Pack, (Sinatra and his crew), John F Kennedy's Camelot, and the Jet Age of airline travel (Pan Am). The house was built in 1960 and was completely renovated down to the studs in 2016/17. Modern amenities throughout including a double sink, soaking tub, walk in shower Master bath that is 260 square feet! Period specific appliances including a Percolator Coffee pot, as well as an espresso machine and milk frothier. There is also books about the 1960s, including history on the Rat Pack, JFK, and the rise of Pan Am and Jet Air Travel. Don't forget the period specific Console Stereo Vinyl record player with albums that will take you back to that time when Sinatra and his crew got JFK elected and the world got smaller due to glamorous Jet Aircraft and the Pan Am Stewardess. Come see for your self! This unit has it all.

- House is located close to Love Field and also close to Cedar Springs and Oak Lawn (Uptown) This convenience does come with some aircraft sound from the airport.

- Pet Rules: Dogs up to75lbs permitted. (Weights above this on a case by case basis) $150.00 (greater than 30 days, $85.00 short term, per pet, 2 pet max) Non-refundable pet deposit required. ( Used to steam clean unit for pet sensitive guests that follow).
Service Animals: Permitted. We would still appreciate service animal owners paying the pet deposit because it is a courtesy for the follow on guests who may suffer from pet dander sensitivities.

- NO EVENTS or PARTIES larger than 8 without precoordination with owner!
- ALL GUESTS staying in the house are required to submit Gov issued Photo ID to owner via secure email. (as if you were checking into a hotel)
- Minimum Age for rental is 25 yrs old.
- House and guests are protected by an outside perimeter visual security system.
City of Dallas 9% Lodging Tax assessed after booking.
