Hi Andrew! Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review and the perfect score. 🌟 Nearly two weeks is a real test of a home, so knowing it stayed comfortable and had everything you needed the whole way through means a great deal to us. That balance of being close to everything while still feeling like an easy place to unwind is exactly what we hope guests take away. Your recommendation to future travelers is the kind of compliment we treasure most. It would be our pleasure to welcome you back anytime. Safe travels until then! 🏡

Hi Hailey, Thank you so much for the perfect score! 🙏 We're so glad everything hit the mark for you. 😊 It was a pleasure to host you, and you'd be welcome back anytime! 🌴

Thank you for the perfect score and for the honest feedback, Rolando. 🙏 We take full responsibility here. Our team responded during your stay, but responding isn't the same as resolving, and it clearly fell short of what you should have experienced. We've since brought in a specialist to look at it properly rather than treat it as a quick fix, because a comfortable night's sleep isn't something we're willing to compromise on. We're grateful you still found so much to enjoy, and we'd genuinely welcome the chance to host you again and get it right from the start. 🌴

Thank you so much, John! 🙏 We're really glad to hear that the property was exactly as advertised and that you truly enjoyed your stay — especially for such an extended trip! We're also happy to know that the community pool and gym were a great addition to your experience. Having those amenities so close by really does make a difference, especially for a longer stay like yours. 😊 It was a pleasure having you as our guest, and we hope to welcome you back to Storey Lake anytime! ✨

Thank you so much, Rodney! 🙏 We love having guests who love Storey Lake as much as we do! It truly is a special location with everything so close to Disney World. We are so glad the home was the right size, clean, and well appointed for your group. 😊 Thank you for the recommendation and we look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit to Storey Lake!

Hi Danielle! Thank you so much for such an enthusiastic review and the perfect ten. 🌟 Hosting a few families together is one of our favorite things, and knowing everyone was impressed makes our day. We put a lot of pride into keeping the home immaculate and the beds truly comfortable, so it means the world to hear it all came together for your long weekend. It would be our pleasure to welcome your group back anytime. Safe travels! 🏡

Thank you so much, Barbara! 🙏 It was truly a pleasure having you as our guest for such an extended stay! We're really glad to hear that communication was smooth and prompt throughout — being available and responsive for our guests is something we take very seriously, so that means a lot. It's also wonderful to know that the pool, the hot tub, and the view all lived up to expectations! We always want every detail to feel just right, and knowing the pool towels were a nice touch makes us happy — it's one of those little things that can make a big difference. 😊 We hope you enjoyed every day of your stay and that the amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. We'd absolutely love to welcome you back anytime! 🌟
