Our host, Derek, was very responsive while we planned and during our stay. The property was a good size to accommodate our family and had a perfect location for our itinerary. Parking was pretty easy in the neighborhood, even with a XL SUV. Things were clean when we arrived. The kitchen, couch, and dining room were a bit tight for 7 adults but the rooms on four floors gave us space to spread out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is comfortable and well-appointed, including quality beds that ensured good sleep and clean, modern bathrooms. While the common space was on the smaller side, it didn't detract from our overall experience. The host was wonderful—responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We'd happily return.

Beautifully decorated and furnished property in an excellent suburban location. Great restaurants nearby (walking and Uber), supermarkets close (we walked but prob better to Uber). Property looks very new and the property owners have taken the time to provide decent quality items, including coffee press if a Keurig isn’t for you (were coffee snobs so it was great to have the press). The crockery, glasses and saucepans etc are all very good quality. The beds were comfy firm, and the bathrooms beautiful. You’ll be great exercise in the house - it’s 4 stories, basement room and entry, kitchen on level 2, bedroom on level 3 and master bedroom on level 4. I imagine that someone who isn’t mobile would struggle with the stairs, but is in our 60s was no problem. The property manager was super responsive, communicated up front on everything we needed, and responded almost immediately to any questions we had. They also have prepared a book explaining entry, exit, thermostat and washer and dryer instructions and the rules, along with some great info on what to do in the area, stored on the fridge - it’s very well done, even with photos to explain working things. This is a high quality, chic property that we were really pleased with, and would definitely stay at again. Great job to the owners!

5 Stars – Perfectly Located, Well-Equipped, and Comfortable

We stayed here for four nights while house hunting and exploring Seattle, and it was an excellent home base. The location is ideal—close to downtown, the university, major attractions, restaurants, and bike routes. We appreciated how well the space was outfitted with everything we needed. The layout gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax after busy days. The kitchen was especially convenient for easy breakfasts before heading out. I also enjoyed several bike rides in different parts of the city, all easily accessible from the home. Would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

Property was tastefully decorated. Consideration for anything a traveler might need was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable. Every room smelled fresh. Location was perfect for CityPass activities. Lots of stairs, but our family family appreciated the extra exercise. Air conditioning on main level and master bedroom was a great touch! We were concerned ahead of our stay about the lack of a designated parking space but we always found something close to the home. Hosts were obviously conscious of every little detail!

Really great property. Very clean, and everything including the furniture, bed linens, mattresses, etc. were brand new and in great condition. The separate bedrooms on each floor allow for privacy which is nice. AC is only in 2 rooms which was a little rough as it was a hot weekend. The house also sits on a busy street so the noise was a lot at times as the bedrooms face the street.Hosts were responsive, overall a good experience.

Outside of hosting, I enjoy hiking the PNW trails, exploring new restaurants in different neighborhoods, and traveling with my family. I’m also a huge fan of weekend markets, vintage shops, and pretty much anything involving good food and great company. Living in Seattle means I get to enjoy all of this daily—and it’s been a joy to share that with guests through my properties.
