The Coachella Valley has a rhythm all its own - golden mornings that open slowly, afternoons made for the pool, and evenings that cool into something worth savoring. This La Quinta home is built around that rhythm, giving you and your group the space to move between sun-soaked outdoor living and easy, comfortable interiors without ever feeling rushed.


Living space
At the heart of the home, the open-concept living area brings everyone into the same room naturally - comfortable seating, a large TV, and a shuffleboard table that invites friendly competition. When the mood calls for something livelier, the converted garage steps in as a dedicated hangout space, complete with a ping pong table and arcade basketball game. Wi-Fi, Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in a common space mean remote work fits in alongside downtime.


Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, workspace, and TV. A second bedroom offers a daybed with a twin trundle. The detached casita - with its own king bed and desk - sits apart from the main house, giving it a quieter, more private feel that works well for guests who want their own space or a focused place to work. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. A Pack `n play/Travel crib is available upon request, and a queen-size blow-up bed can be arranged for additional sleeping space.


Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for real cooking and easy group meals. A large island and dining table seat the whole group, and the counters give you room to spread out. A drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine cover your morning routine, and the full suite of appliances - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and hot water kettle - means you have everything you need. Barbecue utensils are on hand for outdoor grilling as well.


Outdoor living
The outdoor space flows directly from the living area, making it easy to move in and out throughout the day. The pool and hot tub are the centerpiece - whether you`re in the water mid-afternoon or soaking after dark. The patio or balcony, backyard, and outdoor dining area give the group plenty of room to spread out, and the gas BBQ grill and fire pit take care of evening gatherings. Outdoor furniture is arranged for conversation, meals, or quiet moments under the desert sky. Mountain views stretch across the landscape from the property.


Comfort & amenities
Air conditioning, ceiling fan, and heating keep the home comfortable across seasons. Essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and bathroom essentials are all provided, along with a washer and dryer and clothing storage for longer stays. A gym is available on the property. Free parking on premises and EV charger access add to the convenience. Home safety features include exterior security cameras on property, a front door Ring camera, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival smooth.


Location
Situated in the PGA West area of La Quinta, the home sits within easy reach of golf courses, dining, and local attractions. Empire Polo Fields, Old Town La Quinta, and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden are all a short drive away, with Palm Springs and the wider desert easily accessible from here. The property also includes a private entrance for added convenience.


A few things to know
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available - there`s no extra fee if we can accommodate your request. The home uses keyless entry with a unique code issued per reservation. A mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. The property operates under HOA noise guidelines - we recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker to enjoy music comfortably. We are unable to accept responsibility for packages delivered to the home. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis - certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are welcome at an additional fee; cats are not permitted.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
