New beautiful condo 2-king bedrooms 2-full baths sleeps 6-7 next to SDC

Nestled on Indian Point next to Silver Dollar City. This brand-new (inside and out) condo has a sprinkler system and NO steps. 2 king bedrooms with storage beds and 2 full bathrooms with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully furnished with most things you should need to provide yummy meals along with a blender, coffee maker, instapot, toaster and more. The living room space has a comfortable couch with a queen sleeper sofa and a comfy chair for guests to relax and unwind. A pack n play is provided for your little one. Enjoy your coffee and meals on the 24 ft. deck that has a large table with 6 comfortable chairs along with a relaxing area right outside of the master bedroom. Open flames are not allowed on the front or back or front decks. Other amenities included are 3 large Roku tv's, WiFi, AC, full kitchen with a washer & dryer. The bathrooms include a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The complex has a seasonal swimming pool typically open Memorial Day until Labor Day along with a hot tub (adults only) open Memorial Day until fall/early winter at the resort's discretion. There are restrooms and a pop machine located in the pool area. Also, there are tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground and walking trails with one that leads you to the lake where you can soak in the sun, fish or go for a swim. There are several grills located around the property. The closest one being located up the hill by the first building on the same side of the road. Indian Point Marina is located down the road where you can rent a boat, launch your boat and eat at the Floating Cafe. There is no boat, trailer or motor home parking in the complex. However, we have worked out a deal with Deer Run Grocery just down the road. They will put your boat in a locked area for a nightly fee. There is no smoking allowed inside the condo or on the deck. Smoking would need to be done in the parking lot, please do not liter. Dumpsters are located by buildings #1 & #15, the closest is behind our building. There is an exterior camera at the front door for your safety along with ours. We think our place will help you experience everything Table Rock Lake and Branson has to offer.
