Quiet cabin minutes from Lake Tenkiller. Family or couple friendly.

Our little cabin is perfect for families. Secluded in the woods only a mile from a Dollar General and convince store. The master bedroom features a queen bed with ample closet space. The other bedroom has twin bunk beds with a ladder to the top bunk that kids love. The futon in the living room is new, and folds out to a comfy full sized bed. The master bedroom has a DVD player and the living room television has DirectTV with a DVD player.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, pots , pans, dishes , glasses, dishwasher, and microwave; every comfort of home. The bathroom has an enclosed shower.
Central air and ceiling fans in every main area.
The front deck has a seating for eighth including a four-seat wrought table.
Grill on the gas grill on the front deck, or make a fire at the pit. Please check local advisories on burning before starting a fire.
During peak season satellite internet will be available, beginning in early May 2014.q

Great place to stay! We went on a very rainy and wet weekend, but still enjoyed the tranquility of the surrounding nature. Its secluded enough to unplug, but still conveniently located near multiple state parks, lakes, restaurants and stores/gas stations. Totally recommend!

Cabin was small but cozy! Very quiet and relaxing away from everybody but close enough to eun to the DG if you forgot sonething or for a quick bite. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was stocked well with all the dishes or whatever you needed to prepare ypur meal. Host was quick and super friendly to deal with. Would definitely come back!

Honeymoon stay.

Very beautiful cabin in the woods for a fair price. Had a great time hiking and enjoying nature. Would highly recommend coming.

Bad location and surroundings.

The little cabin would have been a 5 star somewhere else. The turn off the hwy is dangerous. The falling down house 100 ft away from cabin was dangerous . The driveway is sketchy. The buzzards that where nesting on the old house was scary. No yard what so ever. But it was clean on the inside . The host was kind and helpful . Being a 2 night minimum is to long there.

Creepy/peaceful/quiet cabin away from the world

We're city folk. We were so far in the woods it was like whoaaaaaa.....BUT we actually loved it. The cabin was quiet and peaceful and very country....we would definitely stay again!!! We loved having no neighbors!!!! Everything posted on the listing was exactly as it said. It was chill.

Pretty cabin near Lake Tenkiller

Great cabin. Very clean and well decorated just a few minutes from the lake. Great deck. Access to the cabin was a little sketchy (single lane gravel road in a curve going up a hill.). Cabin is surrounded by woods but next door is a falling down abandoned house.

Birthday weekend get away!

It was a great secluded little area! The wifi didn’t work, and the camera moved even with the switch off. It doesn’t lock if you’re not in there so you can’t lock your Things in there and I don’t think the security alarm works, but it was secluded enough I wasn’t too worried about it. I enjoyed it a lot!!

Relaxing get-away

Stayed at Little Bear cabin for a long weekend near Strayhorn campground where friends were camping. Little Bear cabin was a nice repreive at the end of a long day of fellowship. Very private road with no noise and no one around (unlike motels or city rentals). Very nice, clean little cabin perfect for my wife and I, and our daughter and son-in-law with their new-born. Tom was very responsive to all questions and made everything easy. Thanks again Tom!

It was good.

I liked the location and the cabin. My only complaints are there was no internet as promised and the terrain around the cabin is very difficult for someone who might not have the stability of a 25 year old. I kept rolling my ankles on the graveled rocks. But that might have just been me. He did communicate with me regarding the internet and even sent someone to the cabin who tried to trouble shoot it. But had no luck in fixing it. He also said he's getting set up to get another internet provider. So it might be fixed now. I would rent again.

Spring break getaway

We love little bear cabin. It is very private, peaceful and quiet. Perfect place to relax. It has everything you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable and the deck is the best place to enjoy your coffee. We will definitely be back.

Our family moved to Tulsa in 1985 from a tiny town in Kansas, where we had grown accustomed to small town living. To get away from the hustle and bustle of Tulsa, we finally found a little home away from home near Lake Tenkiller when we purchased Big Bear Cabin in 1990. As our kids got married and had kids of their own we needed more space, so in 2000 we acquired Little Bear cabin.

We love the small town feel of the Tenkiller Lake area, and there are so many things to do on the lake or off.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We all love the fact that most don't even know our cabins are there. They are not viewable from the street, so unless you know the turn-off is there they are our little secret. Nestled perfectly in the mountains, they are are close to our dock and marina, yet within driving distance of several restaurants.
