Classy and cozy rural villa

The Savos’ holiday house represents the vision of the Savo’s family for a cozy, classic and peaceful home. They have built it with love and patience to make each moment special and last in time. Everything in the house is hand-made and represents the soul of the people who have created it. The house has three stories, patio, lounge and a big terrace with stunning view. On the ground floor is located one bedroom with one queen-size bed and one sofa bed as well as the fully equipped kitchen with wooden stair to the first floor. On the first floor you will find spacious living room with dining table next to the fire place and the piano in the corner. On the left side of the room are the bathroom and the door for the terrace next to it. Another wooden stair is taking you to the master bedroom under the roof where four people could sleep on one queen-size bed and two single Moroccan style floor beds.
Guest access
Outside in the garden you will find a small BBQ place on the patio and a comfortable lounge space with cooking corner. Right next to it is a leisure swimming pool with lounge chairs and hammock for the warm summer and spring days. In this home we also believe that a very important part of the good living is the healthy living. That’s why we have a fully grown almost all year round functioning green house on the back of the yard. Here you will find from tomatoes and peppers to herbs at your convenience whenever you would like to make your salad for free. You are welcome to use the spices, herbs and grains you find in the drawers for the meal you would like to cook. On the small parking lot there is a 4x4 ATV for the fun time with your friends that you can use upon request. If you plan to have a rest from the noise of the town but still be close to it in case of need, Savo’s holiday house is waiting for you and your family or friends for couple of relaxed and fun days here! If you are a wine lover we can offer you a treat from our own brand red wines “El Roza” that could only be found on selected places in the world. Interaction with guests This rental property is managed by the owners, not by a rental agency listing hundreds of cabins. We are very dedicated to ensuring your enjoyment of our villa.
Guest interaction
You will have 24/7 access to us during your stay as our butler will be on your convenience in the small A-frame house. We will make every attempt to address issues and concerns that may arise and can arrange for onsite services as necessary.
Neighborhood overview
The area is peaceful and relaxed with just one neighbor house and a fishing lake nearby. In the mornings you will wake up with the birds’ song and the evening will sing the lullaby of the cracking wood in the fireplace or during the summer in the lounge.
Other things to note
Savo’s holiday house is a self-sustaining house and is independent from the central electrical system. The electricity comes from solar panels and generators. The water in the property comes from the well in the garden. Cleaners and chef can be employed as often as required upon request.
