The basement also offers a 4th bedroom (1 queen) and additional full bath. You will love preparing meals in this beautiful kitchen, and a cup of coffee on the lovely screened-in back patio. Full laundry available in the clean and spacious basement laundry room. Escape to the basement game room to enjoy the pool table and 65" inch tv. Unfortunately, due to the age of the home, the fireplace is not available for use.

Please note: the City of West Lafayette limits occupancy to either (1) one family and no more than two unrelated guests or (2) no more than three unrelated guests. The City requires submission of an Occupancy Affidavit stating the names and relationships of each guest. The West Lafayette Occupancy Affidavit can be completed when signing the rental agreement.

We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. We ask that you refrain from excessive noise after 9:30pm during the week and 10:00pm on the weekends. Any complaints made by neighbors to the owner for excessive noise will result in the immediate forfeiture of 100% of your security deposit.
