Serene barn house with cattle in Wallis, TX - Perfect for a peaceful getaway

Cozy barn house is perfect for a quiet get away. Our barnhouse (and everything on it) was built from scratch by "Garza" himself! This property is isolated from the city and sits on 4 acres with a few pet cows to admire. The lighted pavilion is a great BBQ area that provides a warm, relaxed ambience for socializing in the evening. Tree stumps around the firepit are perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. 2 cozy hammocks that can be hung in the pavilion, porch or in the trees. The cows are on 3 and the barn house is on approximately 1 acre. There are approximately 5-8 cows. We just lost our bull but his girlfriends and babies are just as beautiful to look at.

You would drive through a rural subdivision to get here but once you're here it will be isolated.

At the entrance, an antique car rests proudly on a hand-built brick platform — a nod to the past and the rural craftsmanship that inspired our barnhouse. Soon to be surrounded by native plants and flowers, it’s the perfect rustic welcome.

There is a pavilion with lighting that has been used for get-togethers, small weddings or just BBQing and hanging out.

There is a door in the porch area that leads to the stable room. You can also access it from inside the home. We have food and snacks that can be fed to the cows from this area. They will come close to other parts of the fence as they eat but may not take food from you there. In the stable area they will come close to eat and you may pet them.

It's a barn so there will be bugs, however, we have a bug zapper on the porch that helps keep them away. We also have tikis you can turn on. There is also dust so bring some allergy medicine if you are sensitive to dust or hay.
